Schöner Urlaub
Sehr schöne Umgebung. Haus sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Ein sehr alter Plattenherde macht sich in der Stromabrechnung durchaus bemerkbar. Grundsätzlich die Frage warum Familien mit Kindern, die nur in der Hauptsaison Urlaub machen können soviel mehr bezahlen bezahlen.bezbezahlenalbezahlen als Menschen ohne Kinder

War mit meiner Mutter für sechs Tage und haben einfach genossen. Die Lage ist schön, gemütlich und die Ruhe im Februar fast keiner Touristen da :) Immer wieder gerne.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wunderbar ruhig, wie erhofft. Unterkunft: sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis; einfach, aber sauber und alles da, was man braucht. Ein Stern Abzug, da leider nur sehr schlechter bzw. teils gar kein WLAN- Empfang.

Meine Frau und ich waren im Oktober eine Woche im Ferienhaus und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Haus war sehr sauber und der Verwalter super nett und zuvorkommend. Besonders der Kamin ist an kalten Abenden zu empfehlen. Einzig der sehr laute Kühlschrank ( mussten wir Nachts ausschalten ) und der sehr billige Grill sind ein kleines Manko. Danke für die schöne Zeit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Katja und Rainer

Schöne Zeit
Wie erwartet haben wir das kleine für max. 4 Personen eingerichtete Haus in ruhiger Lage bezogen. Die Ausstattung war gut und absolut ausreichend. Der Verwalter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bis auf kleine "Schönheitsfehler" hat alles gestimmt. Der Useriner See und die Umgebung sind sehr charmant und wunderbar, um mit der Familie zu wandern, mit dem Rad zu fahren oder auch einfach nur zum Entspanben. Wir könnten uns hier einen weiteren Urlaub gut vorstellen.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage .Für Kinder absolut geeignet. Der Spielplatz und Strand waren perfekt. Die Wohneinrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Man sollte darüber nachdenken Teile zu erneuern. Damit meine ich innen sowie auch außen Möbel. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Anlage in Userin ist auf alle Fälle weiter zu empfehlen.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und wollen nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Due Gegend ist wunderschön. Man läuft ca. 3 min bis zum See, an dem es auch eine Badestelle gibt. Das Haus war sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Warmwasser und Küchengeräte haben funktioniert. Ein 2. Schlüssel für das Haus, wäre von Vorteil gewesen. Im Inserat geht allerdings nicht hervor, dass das Schwedenhaus in einer Ferienanlage liegt. Auch die Fotos geben den Eindruck, dass man allein wäre. Das müsste evtl. mal geändert werden. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus
Uns hat es sehr gut im Schwedenhaus gefallen. Es war sauber, gemütlich und von der Lage schön ruhig. Also super zum Entspannen und Erholen. An Geschirr und Kochutensilien hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Radio, Fernseher, Geschirrspülmaschine...es ist alles da gewesen. Für uns waren es ein paar tolle erholsame Urlaubstage!

Erholsame Tage
Schönes, sauberes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Spiel- und Fußballplatz hinterm Haus. Der See ist fußläufig in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen, leider nicht direkt am Haus. Das hatten die Bilder auf der Webseite uns glauben lassen. Vielmehr liegt das Haus in einer Ferienhaussiedlung mit insgesamt 32 Ferienhäusern. Diese stehen eng nebeneinander. Das ließ sich auch nicht anhand der Bilder erkennen. Vor Ort gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten und einen sehr freundlichen, zuverlässigen Verwalter, der gute Ausflugstipps geben konnte und kostenfrei Spielgeräte ausgeborgt hat. Wir hatten mit einem Tiergarten- und Schwimmbadbesuch, sowie einem Tag unterwegs mit Paddelboot sehr erholsame Tage und entspannte Abende am Kamin .

In der Nebensaison perfekt zum Abschalten, weil kaum weitere Touristen da sind. Der Ofen ist genial! Brennholz mitbringen nicht vergessen!
