The pictures don’t do it justice! Many spaces have been updated. The house is beautiful, but the location is amazing! Directly across from the beach access, your toes are in the sand in no time. The kids LOVED the pool! The yard was gorgeous and we spent a lot of hours there. The house had everything we needed and we can’t wait to go back!

Thanksgiving in paradise
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Vero Beach. The home was updated, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Plenty of room to spread out and located in a gorgeous neighborhood just steps from the beach. We can’t wait to return!

Great Location for easy 2 min walk to beach
Without renting a home ‘on’ the beach, this house was the best location for walking to the beach. It’s directly across from the beach access in the Moorings. Was great for our young family. Also for young children, we enjoyed that the stairs inside the house were easily blocked off with a door. Lots of beach toys, wagon, boogie boards, bikes and lots of space inside the house.

Paradise in Vero Beach
Raphael's house is a perfect combination of comfort, space, location, and efficiency. The house is wonderful - each bedroom with its own bathroom, a ginourmous kitchen with every cooking tool you can imagine, a very well stocked garage full of beach toys, towels, bikes, etc.... The internet works like a charm in case you need to stay connected. The pool and outdoor space are perfect for afternoon cocktails. The laundry room is awesome with two big, new washer and dryers. You won't need much more than a couple of bathing suits to enjoy the house which sits RIGHT ACROSS the beach access. We had the beach to ourselves the whole time we stayed. It was like being far, far away on an island somewhere. Oh, and there is an outdoor shower (with hot water) which is a dream after you step off the beach. Raphael returned every message, phone call, text promptly, and was a perfect hostess. We could not have been happier with our stay and came home with a real sense of peace, as one should after such a pleasant week. We HIGHLY recommend Raphael's house and would rent it again and again.

Great Beach House
The house was well stocked, clean, and only about 200 years to the ocean. While not beach-front, it's so close that you can hear the surf. The pool was a nice respite in the late afternoon when we were done lounging on the beach.

New Year's Family Celebration
We are repeat renters of this fabulous property. The location could not be better (The Moorings is a wonderful community) with a short walk to one of the prettiest beaches in the world. The house is warm and inviting with a top of the line kitchen with all sorts of appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. And the back yard and pool are amazing. This house is truly a gem and the communication was excellent through the entire rental process. This house is a keeper.

Facilitates Relaxation and Peace
This house is great for adults. The close proximity to the beach (walking across the road to access path) and pool offer many options to really enjoy Florida. The house was very clean. The kitchen has all cooking items you will need and more. Each bedroom is separated and off one of the many common areas of the house. They also each have an attached bath or a bath immediately outside the bedroom door. The bedroom separation layout keeps the noise level in the bedrooms down and allows others to enjoy the common areas without disturbing those who may be resting. There are numerous beach towels and beach chairs available. They also have lots of books to read and as well as puzzles to put together. The large dining room is great for playing games and talking about your day over a good meal. There is a grocery store (Publix) about 5 miles away so you can very easily get any food items you may want. We had a wonderful stay, again!

Best rental I have ever leased
The house was fantastic, every amenity you could ask for, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, serving bowls and dishes, ping pong table with plenty of ping pong balls, kites, beach chairs, ocean kayak and paddles, bikes etc. Weather wasn't great so the ping pong table was a hit. We would definitely rent again.

Great adult beach getaway house!
Neat upscale house with beach access across the street and a pool in the backyard. We visited for a girls beach getaway and already booked next year's getaway at this house. Vero Beach is a quaint town with fun unique shops. Grocery store is very close. Wonderful kitchen for those who love to cook. The four bedrooms are spread out and separated from each other and have access to their own baths. We really liked the layout and decor. Homey yet sophisticated beach style. Very clean house with everything you need to relax and rejuvenate!

House is spacious, beautifully furnished and with great outdoor spaces... plus is equipped with everything you might need! We were 8 adults and really enjoyed our stay! Even though property is not on the beach, it just takes a two minute walk to get there... can even hear the ocean from the house!

The house provided the perfect setting for our family reunion.
We found the house to be not just lovely and well situated near the beach, but also well equipped for a family gathering. It provided ample space for us to spend a week with our children and grandchildren, with both comfortable common space as well as 3 great separated bedroom/bathroom areas. The kitchen had just about everything we needed for a busy family, and even for entertaining a large group for a 100th birthday party. The pool provided hours of splashing fun for all the children, and the outdoor space was perfect for our needs. Raphael was quick to respond to our few questions and most accommodating. Many Thanks for a wonderful week!! We hope to return for the 101st birthday.

A beautiful house with wonderful amenities. A lovely pool, beautiful kitchen and close to the beach.
We had a great time and everyone in the family loved it. The house was huge, the kitchen beautiful and well stocked. The grandkids loved the pool and getting to the beach was fast and easy. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. Hope to come back to this house again!

We are the new owners of 1025 Reef Road and intend to continue to share this special house. Our family was looking for a home away from our home in Miami and kept coming back to Vero Beach. We love its access to nature, the quiet beaches, and the friendliness of the town. We know you will enjoy Vero Beach, too.

Why they chose this property

This house reminded us of a beach house in style and spirit of those we knew on the East Coast. It is located directly across from the beach access, meaning we are 'oceanfront' in that there are no homes between us and the beach. The park is a protected tortoise habitat, and you see them out roaming about nearly every time you stroll to the beach. We also have the Loggerhead and Leatherback sea turtles here in season, on our beach, nesting at night. The beach in this section of Vero is wide, quiet, and very private.

What makes this property unique

This is a large, classically-decorated private home with three separate living areas indoors and three distinct outdoor gathering spaces. We loved the space, so just finished major renovations installing tile floors throughout the first floor, gutting 2 1/2 baths, completely updating the kitchen creating open access to the family room and pool patio, house newly painted and all new hurricane doors and windows were added. We have a Kayak, beach chairs, two bicycles, games/beach toys, and fishing equipment here for guests to use.
