The Sandy Feet Retreat Unit B is located STEPS from the beach, and is only one block from Tybee's main strip of stores, bars, and restaurants!

This NEWLY RENOVATED 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home can accommodate up to 8 guests with 2 queen beds, 1 king bed, and 1 custom built twin size bunk bed boasting 2 twin size mattresses with custom ship windows for a fun and exciting twist for the kids (or for those adventurous and spunky adults)!
This spacious and open concept living room has a large luxury, PotteryBarn sectional with a flatscreen Smart Tv. The unit also boasts a full kitchen with a custom bar top and bar stools. A shared washer and dryer is located on the property for guest convenience outside the unit near the outdoor shower (use the door to the kitchen to access outdoor shower and the washer and dryer).
There is a front patio seating area with solar powered lighting and 2 hammocks hanging between palm trees.
**Please note, the Sandy Feet Retreat property is a two unit duplex. This is the Listing for the bottom unit (Unit B). You may hear foot steps of the guests staying above you, similar to an apartment building. Guests staying upstairs are asked to be courteous of quiet hours between 10pm through 8am. Please reach out to us if there are any noise issues with guests and we will take care of it right away.
There is a driveway located inside the white fence of the property that can accommodate 1-2 vehicles. Please make sure to park in the designated parking area for the Sandy Feet Retreat Unit B. It is the opening of the fence that faces the paved road, not the dirt road (as that is the driveway for Unit A).
Please note, parking spaces located outside of the white fence are public and metered to the city of Tybee. Parking is strictly enforced by the island so please ensure to park on the property INSIDE the white fence to avoid parking tickets or fees.
This property is conveniently located walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops so you may choose to walk to your desired destinations without the hassle of finding parking in the busy season or paying parking throughout the island.
The Sandy Feet Retreat (Unit B) is located on the south end of Tybee Island one block from the beach! Located by Tybee landmarks such as the Tybee Island pier, Pier 16 Restaurant (a favorite local spot for lunch or dinner) gift shops, bars, ice cream parlors, and more!
Free parking is available at the property. Once you are settled in, there are options to rent golf carts and bikes for the duration of your stay on the island!
However, our property is conveniently located walking distance from the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops so you do not need to purchase transportation if you do not wish to!
Parking on the island is metered to the city of Tybee.
This property is a duplex (two units). Please note that this is the listing for the downstairs unit (Unit B). Be aware there will be guests staying above you.
Additionally, there is a neon light up Tybee Island sign located in the living room. While we want everyone to enjoy this novelty of the unit, we ask that guests turn the sign off when they are not home or while it is not in use to preserve the battery life of the sign.
