This gorgeously remodeled three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa has everything you need for the perfect golf or beach vacation! Located on the first floor overlooking the 17th tee box of the nationally ranked golf course, True Blue Heron is a short walk from one of the resort’s four pools/hot tubs and the famous Steve Dresser Golf Academy. The stunning white beaches of South Carolina’s Grand Strand are just a few miles away as well as nine golf courses. We'll provide the beach chairs, towels and a pass to Huntington Beach State Park where you can spend the day enjoying the sand and surf. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, new refrigerator, stove and dishwasher and a full-size washer and dryer. Each bedroom has new flat-screen TVs (all are Smart TVs) along with a 60-inch screen in the living room where you can watch your favorite Netflix or Amazon shows. The villa has updated WiFi which is provided. Two of the bedrooms have king beds with ensuite bathrooms, the third bedroom has twin beds with an adjoining bathroom. Sit on the comfortable patio with a hot cup of coffee in the morning and listen to the birds or relax in the evening with a cool cocktail and watch the graceful white egrets and blue herons fish out of the nearby lake. You can grill dinner out the back door or get fresh seafood from the many restaurants that are nearby in Pawleys Island. The True Blue Grillroom is also just moments away serving southern-style breakfast, lunch and cocktails.
