Since childhood, I love to travel and try something new. I am 57 years old and I have always been engaged in my own business. International trade, construction, hotel business. I never imagined myself sitting in a stuffy office. I have kayaked on mountain rivers, sailing, I love diving and especially freediving, I play snooker and tennis.

When we decided to buy a property in this amazing city called Naples and looked at many options, this condo significantly outperformed the other options. In addition to the fact that we are located in a prestigious area of the city near the best hotels, the best restaurants and the best shopping area, we are also surrounded by forest trees and a river flows nearby, along which you can kayak to the beach and return back. You can also get to the beach from us in 15 minutes by bike.
What makes this property unique
In our condominium, the interior space is so organized that it seems that you are in a private house. The stunning view from the dining room window and the lanai to the lake will not leave anyone indifferent.
