It is centrally located near Minute Maid Park, the Convention Center, NRG, Toyota Center, the Galleria, and the Medical Center. It is an outstanding location to spend time with family and friends or for a business trip. The property offers high-speed Wi-Fi, Washer & Dryer, and a Fully equipped kitchen.

The living and Kitchen Space

The townhouse offers an open-concept kitchen and living space that makes entertaining easy. The natural lighting makes this space warm and cozy. The living space provides a comfortable sectional where you and your family will enjoy lodging and watching multiple streaming services on the 70” TV. On cold days, the living space has an electric fireplace that will make this space memorable.
Brace yourself for the glorious chandelier that hangs above the spacious dining table that is equipped to sit up to 6 guests. Right behind the dining area, you will find a charming bar area with 3 comfortable bar stools. This space can also be easily used as a workspace or simply for entertainment and drinks.

The kitchen is spacious for large gatherings and easy mobility. It offers stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and stovetop. It provides Cuisinart pots & pans, a Keurig machine with K cups, and all the accessories to completely prepare the meal of your choice.

In addition to these spaces, you will have a ½ bathroom for easy accessibility.

Bedrooms

The home has three bedrooms that are all specially designed with a luxury brand theme. Each room has comfortable mattresses, soft bedsheets, large TVs, walk-in closet, and its very own private bathroom.

Your 1st floor is equipped for older adults and individuals that may have difficulty climbing stairs. You will find a private bed and bathroom with a private back door that leads to a sitting area in the backyard. This bedroom is designed for someone that enjoys the simplicity of luxury. It’s designed with gold and black artistry and warm cozy fabrics that will make your stay memorable.

Your master suite located on the third floor is beautifully designed with tasteful artwork. It features a King bed, a large, jetted garden tub, a walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet.

The last bedroom is a unique room. It’s full of bright pinks and floral décor. It’s welcoming and a great space to create a memorable moment. It features a queen bed, large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.

After enjoying the beautiful home, the 4th floor offers a picture-perfect view of the downtown Houston skyline. It has plenty of sitting space and a unique neon light sign to take great photos and enjoy a peaceful night!
