Now even the grandparents can join you at the beach. This home has a handicap accessible bathroom on the main living floor and another in one of the second floor ocean view bedrooms. A state of the art kitchen will allow you to prepare meals with ease with two ovens and ample storage. The homeowners have included everything from a crockpot, blender, stock pot, roasting pan, baking set and more! The 65” smart television will make family movie night amazing, all you need to do is supply the popcorn. Do you miss your Peloton* on those long vacations away from home? Nothing beats a workout riding a Peloton bike with views of the ocean and pool. A Peloton upcharge and additional security deposit will get you into this locked room. Two beautiful decks allow for unobstructed ocean views, enjoy your morning cup of coffee while watching the dolphins swim by. Nature abounds from the two back decks where you’ll find egrets and an occasional pelican fishing in the marsh. When you’re ready to unwind, enjoy the beautiful wet bar with beverage refrigerator, ice maker and combination coffee pot/Keurig. The kiddos will love the community pool just steps away from the house! End your day relaxing in the second floor deck hot tub with soothing sounds and views of the ocean. Additional amenities include another full size refrigerator/freezer in the foyer, second floor full sized washer/dryer and outdoor shower.

This home sleeps 15 with 7 bedrooms, 7.5 baths, 3 kings, 3 queens, 1 pyramid bunk bed, elevator, wireless high speed internet. Remote check-in is utilized for this property. Your key code will be sent to you a few days before check in.

Pets are not permitted in this property. Smoking is not permitted in this property.

Maximum occupancy is 15 at any time. Your check-in time begins at 4:00 pm. Please be sure we have received complete payment within 30 days of your arrival to avoid cancellation.

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include

A separate security deposit for $1000 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. Credit card must match the name on the license.
