Family Friendly Lewisville Lakefront house
Lake living at its finest. Big covered deck to relax, read a book and enjoy the amazing lake views. Just a short walk down to the lake if you decide to throw a line in the water, let your kids jump in for a swim or float away on a kayak... You can also bring your boat and beach it right behind the house after a day on the lake. There is plenty of space to gather your whole family for a relaxing retreat from it all. Break out the ladder ball or corn hole for some family fun competition and spend your evening relaxing by the fire pit with your drink of choice.
We have many local restaurants if grilling isn't your thing. There are also a number of destinations within a 30 minute drive: The Cove at the Lakefront for some indoor swimming, Grandscape for an outdoor concert, The Star to watch some football or enjoy some classy restaurants..just to name a few. Regardless of your activity level, there are so many options to choose from at this great family home right on the lake!

My name is Greg, my wife's name is Annie. We have four daughters and have many great memories at our lakehouse. We love time on the water or time playing games with family and neighbor's at the big table inside.
Why they chose this property
With the three oldest girls in college and out of the house, our youngest about to start highschool and we decided it was time to downsize a bit and give ya'll the chance to enjoy our favorite spot. While you're enjoying the peace and quiet of our lakefront neighborhood, we are chasing around our youngest at volleyball tournaments or traveling to spend time with our grandson in Hawaii.
What makes this property unique
There are too many to list: lakefront, boat access, outdoor grilling, huge indoor living space, huge kitchen, big covered outdoor patio, no one has to sleep on a pullout couch, three tvs, close to so MUCH entertainment in the metroplex.
