Beautifully furnished second floor condo offers the best of everything! A quiet community just a short walk or bike-ride to downtown Rehoboth Beach gives you easy access to beaches, bike trails and great restaurants to suit all tastes! Other options for dining, groceries/essentials and outlet shopping are within walking distance. Private bistro on a peaceful screened balcony overlooking our community pond and nature sanctuary, a luxurious master bedroom with a king -sized bed & private bathroom, full-size washer/dryer and a well appointed kitchen. Down the hall, your traveling companions will have their own full-bathroom, and a super comfortable queen bed. The kitchen us fully equipped and the community has grilling/picnic area, multiple pools and tennis courts! Linens and bath towels are provided! Bring your clothes, your beach gear and your fun-loving spirit and get ready to relax! (Please note the minimum renter age requirement of 30 years).

Great Stay

The place was exactly as stated. Clean annd comfortable. Nice screened in patio. Easy to get everywhere in Rehoboth (or to other beach areas as well). Pool was just a short walk away. Chris was amazing with communication. Definitely will consider staying here again for any future visits.

I most definitely recommend

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Chris' property. Everything was clean when we arrived, easy accessible property. Loved sitting on the deck in the mornings. Enjoyed the air conditioning. I couldnt thank him enough for all the lovely recommendations from food to activities. I look forward to booking here again. Thank you 😊

Great location and service

We are a family of 4 with two boys under 12. This was perfect for us! Great access to pools, tennis court, bike trails. The water park is righr next door and is in good proximity to the beach for a nice and enjoyable beach ride. Christopher was a great communicator, good customer service, responsive and sensitive to our needs. Definitely would recommend!!

Highly recommend!!

Chris is by far the best host we have ever had with vrbo. He communicated with us throughout the whole process. He even took the time to write up a very detailed email of places to eat and things to do. The condo was perfect, from the location of the property and inside. Everything was provided for our 6 day stay there. There was plenty of dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. The condo was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. Honestly there is not a negative thing or even a suggestion that I could say about our stay. We would definitely reach out to Chris when we plan to visit again. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Hello! I'm Chris-- I live locally (in Lewes) with my partner Carla and four adorable rescue-pups. I've found a passion in hosting travelers and vacationers. My own childhood memories are filled with lazy days on Delaware's beaches with my family-- and I want to help others know the peace I find in those memories

Why they chose this property

I bought this great condo because of it's great access to the beaches, downtown Rehoboth, and Dewey. It's less than 2 miles to Rehoboth's boardwalk and sand, and you can get there by bike easily in 15 minutes and never worry about parking.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique for a couple of reasons. First, it was furnished with the help of a designer who did a great job outfitting the place for quiet comfort. There's something magic about coming home a little weary from the sun at the end of the day and finding the cool comfort of a place that feels like home. Second, I like the the proximity to the restaurants that are within walking distance, and the fact that Big Fish Grill also has an amazing seafood market where you can get fresh or pre-cooked entrees, sides and amazing deserts. Next to Big Fish is Arena's--- a local's haunt that has great sandwiches and an amazing beer selection. Sometimes, when you want to relax by the pool for a day-- walking to lunch and/or dinner just feels right.
