Sand Dollar is a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom poolside comfortable condo with a covered balcony and located on the first floor at the Sea Club Community. Sand Dollar is decorated with neutral and natural coastal tones, has a full kitchen with modern appliances, a dining area with seating for up to 6 guests, a breakfast nook with a view of the community swimming pool and gardens. A queen size bed in the bedroom a large living room with two electric reclining chairs for extra comfort. A mid-size washer & dryer is available inside Sand Dollar for your convenience. *This condo is a 2 Bedroom Condo / however; owner only rents out as a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom condo.*

Sea Club of Indian Shores has a large heated salt sparkling pool with a sundeck for your enjoyment between the island activities or lounging for a pool day. A fishing pier along the Intracoastal waterway is available, picnic area, barbecue grills and shuffleboard is available too.* Minimum length of stay is 6 nights / 7 days per community rules. This is a non-smoking condo / smoking prohibited inside the condo / smoking prohibited outside on the private balcony. Sand Dollar is located in building #2, Unit #15 first floor, poolside of the Sea Club Community. Beach is a 2-3 minute walk from this vacation rental at 198th Avenue / Gulf Blvd - using the crosswalk.

Indian Shores is a small breathtaking town set on a barrier island between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico with 2.65 miles of beautiful beach. Indian Shores is home to the largest non-profit wild bird hospital in the United States, Seabird Sanctuary and remains the perfect vacation destination nestled between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.

Neighboring towns of Indian Shores are Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Beach, Madeira Beach and Treasure Island also provide so much to see and do while visiting the Gulf Coast of Florida.

Nice Condo

We thought the listing was a little misleading, this is actually a two bedroom condo, the master suite is kept locked, you’re renting the guest bedroom with a bathroom down the hall. The bed is a little hard and squeeky but that being said, the condo and the community are very nice and well kept.

Indian Shores Getaway

Fully equipped to a high standard, next to intercoastal, overlooking pool and across road from the sea. The apartment was within walking distance of many facilities but a car is necessary to make list of the area. We also loved the trolley service which served the length of the sun coast strip. The service was regular and inexpensive and there is a stop outside the apartment block. The staff at the management company made the booking simple and kept us fully informed through the whole process of booking. We’ve stayed many times on the gulf coast and wouldn’t hesitate to book again at Sun Dollar.

Fabulous place for a very relaxing holiday

Very much home from home, fully stocked with utensils, pots & pans (would have liked a stove top or electric kettle) fabulous neighbours and supper quiet pool area
