The downstairs walkout basement has a large living space, pool table, movie-like room, bathroom, wet bar and bedroom that walk out to the the pool and spa. The main level boasts a beautifully remodeled kitchen, huge family room with fireplace, dining room, living room, bedroom, laundry and large rear balcony. The master bedroom is on the upper level with a private balcony and bath along with the 2 other bedrooms and guest bath. With side parking and a large boat deep driveway this home has room for everything. High chair available!

POOL
>Unfortunately the pool can not be heated during the winter months (November to March)... For reference: Large pool, at parts 10 feet deep, 60,000 gallon pool
>Spa heating included in booking amount ... increased price in winter months (November to March) -- if the stay exceeds 5 days, there is an additional $15/day charged for unlimited spa usage

DEPOSIT

>We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, but we aren't always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
