Location, location, location! This 12a unit was recently updated, is literally one house from the sand! Located on the corner of27th Ave and Oceanfront Walk. Each unit is clean, airy, contemporary and fully furnished, from furniture, artwork, stainless appliances, washer/dryer in each unit, TVs, tolinens, plates, and silverware. Lovely baths and kitchens and wood vinyl flooring.

Discover and enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located one bedroom apartment Minutes from Venice beach pier, Venice Canals Washington Blvd & Pacific Ave. Upon walking up to the space you will conveniently have a wonderful beach access 30 feet from our apartment. The beach has volleyball nets, access to running and biking routes on the coast of the ocean.
