Welcome to Pebbles Cottage, your cozy downtown St. Augustine retreat. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath private home is located in the charming Lincolnville neighborhood and an easy walk (less than a mile!) to all downtown St. Augustine has to offer. Our home sleeps 4 with two queen bedrooms. The home comes with 3 off-street parking spaces. Relax under our jasmine-covered pergola after a day exploring downtown and the beaches or grill your catch of the day on our grill on our back deck.

The Space:
When you arrive at our cottage you are greeted by a fully fenced-in yard - perfect to let the little ones burn off some energy after a day of travel. A jasmine-covered pergola frames an outdoor dining table that is decorated with string lights. When you walk into the home, you enter are greeted with an open layout common area. The home features an open layout between the kitchen and the living room. Our living room features a large sectional and a 65" smart tv. Our eat-in kitchen has all the equipment to prepare a gourmet meal or quick breakfast before a day out exploring. Our kitchen table seats 4.

The home has two queen bedrooms, each with a closet and television in the room. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

Out back you will find a separate laundry room that guests are welcome to use. The back porch includes a small table and chairs, a grill and a large outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off all the sand from your beach visits.

Each of our three smart televisions let you log in to your favorite streaming apps. We have a selection of board games to play. Each bedroom and the common space feature individually controlled AC mini splits so you can sleep at your optimum temperature.
