Cutest place ever

This condo is on the smaller size, great for small family. Only probables is it is on upper floor. Not good for my 91 y/o mom. But that is my fault for reserving it. For the price it is wonderful.

Made a quick visit to Branson to see a show. Condo was excellent. Clean, well decorated and comfortable. Neighborhood was very quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of Branson. Had no issues.

Great area and location

Branson has a lot to offer for those looking for something for everyone. There are shows, theme parks, water park rides, lots of different eating venues. It maybe a little pricey now, but the gas prices seemed reasonable in Missouri. We had a great time! Also, if you are looking to take home T-Shirts - I can highly recommend Table Rock T-Shirts and if you want to find a nice place to Karaoke go to Celebrities Lounge. Mike will take care of you, great food, great atmosphere, great prices.

Everything was as advertised.Very clean and 5 star. Only thing was Wi-Fi password listed would not let us in but no big deal. Tried calling host never could reach them.

Nice little condo!

This condo was everything we expected. We needed a place for our family stay and hotels don’t really work for us. We would need two rooms if we stayed at a hotel. This condo fit me and my family well. Two rooms with a sleeper sofa. (We used our own air mattress). The place was clean and in a convenient location. You are only three miles from the main strip. The neighborhood is very quiet. We heard zero noise. My kids were a little bummed out about having no pool access, but it was okay. All in all, I loved my stay. Very easy check in and check out. Simply an email and a text. We would definitely stay here again!

Softball national championship

Stayed a week for the softball national championship. Nice community where multiple families stayed. Nice marina to try to catch trout. Beds where comfortable and location not to far from all the entertainment

A great stay for a family get away ! The kids loved the house ! Cute games and kid books in the rooms ! We enjoyed it for our little summer vacation to Branson ! We go multiple times a year and look forward to another stay !

Our Mini Vacation

We enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfy and clean, there were plenty of movies to choose from, and cooking was easy will all supplies given. We also loved how we were in walking distance of the lake. The best part was how easy the process of check in and check out was. 10/10 would stay again!

First time for Branson

Very nice unit. We enjoyed our stay and was completely satisfied with the checkin process. Unit was fairly clean but we had some ants to deal with and it could use some basic maintenance. Overall we would stay there again and highly recommend this unit!

Very Nice Location and Accommodating Property Manager

The condo was lovely inside and quite clean. We loved the downstairs king bedroom with the ability to open the window to get some fresh air in. We also liked the two sinks where we could get ready and the little birdhouse decor where I could hang my earrings and necklaces was quite cute! It was a little stuffy and we had to keep the air conditioning on a lot which drowned out the sound of the TV which we could never get the sound loud enough. Even once we figured out how to increase the volume, it was still difficult to hear the sound. I guess from the photos posted, we thought there was going to be a lake we overlooked from the balcony. It was just the road and the view of the condo across from us. We liked the location as it was close to the Branson Belle and not too far to SDC. It was a good way to travel to get to SDC from and we had very little traffic. The other king bed was upstairs which was difficult on my friend's knee which I wasn't aware there would be so many stairs for her to climb and it also didnt have the best privacy. but they weren't too concerned about that. The beds were comfy and we fell straight to sleep once our heads his the pillows. The furniture was nice, but it would have been nice to have had a couch instead of a loveseat because you could only get 2 people to sit on it and then there was a chair, but the condo is truly meant for 4 people. It was just a little strange. We loved the bathrooms and showers, the sinks, the kitchen, the washer and dryer, dish washing machine, the balcony, nice little selection of movies (though we were too busy to partake) and all of the blankets that we could wrap ourselves up in. The stuffiness needs to be fixed, for sure, and maybe another chair for the 4th person to sit down in. Overall, a great experience!

Loved this stay!

This place was a good stay! Would definitely do it again. One thing I’ll say is the cleaning could be improved. In the loft bathroom there was a smushed spider on the floor, and uncleanliness in the bathtub. The sink also would get stopped up and you’d have to pull the drain plug up. The stopper was broken. Other than that we loved the location; the homeyness it brought and had an overall great time! Would stay again (:

Bedroom 1, located on the ground floor, has a King size bed, TV, closet, full bathroom with shower and a double vanity. Enjoy the spa like atmosphere while relaxing in your full size tub.

Bedroom 2, located on the second floor, has a master suite with a king bed. In addition to being very spacious, this room has a TV, large closet to better accommodate your luggage and clothing and a private bathroom.

KITCHEN
Our kitchen is located down stairs in the open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, dishware, flatware, cooking utensils, blender, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, rice cooker, etc.

DINING ROOM
Our dining room, only steps from the kitchen has a 6 seater square table where the family can enjoy a home cooked meal after a day of fun and adventures.

LIVING ROOM /ENTERTAINMENT
Our living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper, two armchairs, a large TV, free Wi-Fi and a host of videos, table and board games for entertainment. There is a pack n' play and games for smaller children.

BALCONY
The balcony is located right outside the kitchen/dining room area. The balcony is furnished and includes an electric grill, great for barbequing and outside dining.

LAUNDRY
We have a washer and dryer, in addition to an electric iron, ironing board, and hangers in closets.

DETAILS
NEW bedding and nautical inspired decor'. Central air conditioning and heating. Comfortable beds with clean sheets, blankets, bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.

FISHING
Fall Creek Marina is only .5 miles away from the front door. Enjoy their boat launch, boat rentals, fishing tackle, and professional guide services.

GOLFING
We are located only 10 miles from Branson Hill Golf Club.
