Welcome to the RiverMoore Retreat nestled on the banks of the Wenatchee River. This fully renovated and modern Riverfront property will not disappoint! RiverMoore Retreat sleeps 8 guests with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, full dining area, pet friendly, and stunning river views with access. New granite counter tops throughout the house and new modern touches. The spacious deck provides amazing views and a covered area with a new hot tub. Located in the Ponderosa community on the Wenatchee River a five minute drive to Plain. Only 20 minutes to Leavenworth or 15 minutes to Lake Wenatchee.
Plain offers many recreational activities like sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, cross country ski trails, horseback riding, zip line tours, hiking, fishing, a winery, and site seeing.
RiverMoore Retreat is a dog friendly cabin for an additional charge.

Family Trip

For it being our first family trip. The experience was amazing and my kids all had fun. We had great family bonding, we got to play games, enjoy the outdoors, grilled, got in the hot tub, and overall it was very peaceful. The sound of the river was also amazing throughput the day. I would recommend this place to my family, friends, and anyone wanting a great family get away. This is the place you won't regret it!!😊

Your home was wonderful and fit our needs perfectly. Our pet sitter fell ill right before we left, but luckily we were able to bring our dogs with us. Sorry for no notice on that, but we saw you had a camera at the property so expected the bill adjustment. We made some great memories and the view of the river was so beautiful. Thank you.

Fantastic Place!

We had the best stay here. The view is spectacular! Completely breath taking. There is a snow hill just across the street that the kids loved! The house had everything we needed. The hot tub was also a huge hit! We would most definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving get together

It proved to be a great place for our family of adult children to gather from around the country. The location was great to get out and hike during the day and close enough to a place like Leavenworth that we could also go 'out' and enjoy the activities there.

Great river front retreat

Girls weekend

My Daughter is getting married and wanted to have a Girls weekend. Great place to stay, so relaxing by the river. The owners are very responsive very quickly. We even floated the river in front of the house.

Beautiful House and Great Location.

We loved out stay. The house is super clean and fully stocked. I only have a few suggestions. There were only a couple things we would suggest. All the beds aside from the downstairs were very uncomfortable, the upstairs beds could use a mattress pad. The stairs down to the water is super sketchy. We used it one time, as it was very unsafe and would never take kids down it. It has one supporting mid beams that are very loose. It could use another support and the mid support that is there needs to be secured again.

Lovely house

We enjoyed our long weekend here while we were in the area for a family wedding. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The deck is fantastic--right above the river, with tables and chairs and a comfortable hammock. I loved listening to the rushing water and the birds singing. My one small nitpick is that there are a couple of tripping hazards: there is about a 1.5-2-inch step-down into the utility room on the main floor, and the same in an upstairs bathroom. All four of us tripped on these at one point or another in our stay. If you have an elderly person in your party (we did not) I would be cautious about this. With that said, this was still by far one of the best rental houses I've stayed in, and I've stayed in a lot. We would rent it again in a heartbeat if we were in the area again.

Fabulous riverfront getaway

This was a beautiful home on the river. It was peaceful and relaxing. Very nice accommodations at this property. The hot tub was a great way to unwind in the evening!

Great mid winter break escape

We had a wonderful time with our 12 year old daughter and lab. The river view is gorgeous and especially from the hot tub as it snows. We stayed cozy warm inside and played board games and watched movies. Spent a few hours in Leavenworth which is only a 30 min drive away. Went for snowy walks in the morning and the neighborhood people were very friendly with their dogs too. Looking forward to another stay sometime.

Wonderful stay

The home was super clean and had everything that you might need to make a holiday dinner. The property managers came out with out request to help with snow and trash removal. Super nice managment. Loved visiting Leavenworth and ski areas. Great stay.

Worth the drive

The cabin comfortably accommodated our family with great beds and gorgeous views. We were worried about the extra drive into town but it was worth it. And there is a store close by too

Clean and Quiet next to river!

I was hesitant to book as there were no prior reviews! It was absolutely immaculate and perfect for our family of 5! Thoughtful amenities, a fully stocked kitchen, a hot tub, and a Christmas tree! The deck overlooking the river is large and equipped with patio furniture however, we were here in the winter but it would be incredible during the summer! If coming for a wintery visit, you'll definitely need AWD for accessing the driveway. It was plowed but steep and slick! Lovely, clean place...I hope other renters keep it this way! You won't be disappointed!

We loved it so much we didn't want to leave!

We were greeted with a clean, warm, house, with a Christmas tree. The home was well stocked with everything you would need. The kitchen had everything, the bathrooms were well stocked and everything for using the hot tub (towels) was nearby. The view was spectacular! The owners even made it snow over one foot while we slept. The property manager responded quickly to my emails and concerns about being snowed in. Her husband had the driveway plowed before we were even ready to leave to check out Levenworth. It was the first time we ever saw so much snow, but we never feared for our safety. The neighbors and community were very nice and moving snow off the main roads. We will do it again! Thanks so much.
