This home is stunning!

We absolutely loved our stay. The host was great to work with and prompt to communicate. The kitchen is amazing! Beautiful heated pool and hot tub. Master suite and all bedrooms well appointed. Beds super comfy! Location is centrally located to many beaches and entertainment spots.

Beautiful House

This was our first family vacation with kids and grandkids (2 yr old and 1 yr old) Came to see Orioles spring training and visit some beaches. Perfect location- close to everything. Very nice neighborhood. Loved the pool and spa. Nice big house with lots of space and great kitchen.

PERFECT BRIDAL GETTING READY HOUSE

This home is beautiful, clean, and the aesthetics are perfect for a bride and her bridesmaids getting ready for the wedding day - I can speak from experience! The property manager was very friendly and easy to communicate with. 12/10 recommend to anyone!

Great house!

The house is very spacious and the heated pool and hot tub was great! We also loved the game room with the pool table. The host was extremely responsive and friendly! We really enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing getaway

Our group consisted of 5 adult couples. All bedrooms are in the 2nd floor, which was fine, although just be aware. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and the backyard pool/spa was very pleasant & enjoyable. Quiet neighborhood. The iPad used for controlling the swimming pool can be a little tricky, but Oscar was great to talk to & help us figure things out. There are plenty of beach towels and the washer & dryer was a plus too! We grilled a few times in the patio and cooked a few things in the large spacious kitchen. While we enjoyed the stay, I do believe we would get a home closer to the beach on our next visit. However, the weather in Florida was perfect when we visited. 70-80’s and nothing but sunshine!!

Overall property worked for our family. A few items were not working, outside fridge and smoker. Needed to get grill to work by removing drip screens that need to be replaced. Host was responsive when checking in with questions and working through a few items.

Amazing location and property

Five couples went down to watch their sons at an event in Sarasota for a long weekend. The house and property were more than expected Open floor plan was perfect for all of us to hang together, It was everything we were hoping for and more Great communication with the Owner, Quick and prompt replies, Very open to any questions we had which were remedied as soon as possible. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area

Family Vacay!

We had an excellent time at this property. Had plenty of space for two families with kids. We absolutely loved the pool space and the amount of space at the property in general. The hosts were very responsive and responded quickly to our questions. Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything in the Bradenton/Sarasota area. Will definitely stay again!

Great neighborhood and home

Property is well maintained and the hosts do a thorough job. Of course things happen and when it did Oscar was available over the phone to help us sort it out. Our whole family - parents, grown kids and grandchildren all enjoyed the stay.

Family Wedding

Attended a family wedding with my wife and our four children and their spouses. The five-bedroom (all with closets) and 3.5 bath home was perfect and the large kitchen was fully stocked. Pool area was nice place to hang out during some down time. Host responded promptly with the few questions we had. Only negative thing regarding this house stay was the place is tidy but not clean. It needs a good thorough cleaning throughout, including couch and outdoor cushions. Would recommend and stay at property in future if in area.

Great Location

5 of us stayed here for a golf trip. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to University and Lockwood. 15 minutes from the airport. House is nicely furnished with a great pool area. Spacious accommodations with lots of amenities. Oscar responded very quickly to the few questions we had. Will likely rent again next year!

Florida Getaway

It was a beautiful house with a close drive to everything located just outside of all the traffic and noise. Perfect for a big group of friends or family with plenty of space. He was very friendly helpful to answer any questions before and during our stay. Would highly recommend this place we loved it! 100/10 Will be booking again in the future!

House was perfect for our stay

We had a great time at the house. Location was perfect for us to get around easily. Oscar was great with communication on any questions or concerns. Nice quiet neighborhood. Had a group of old friends together and the house accommodated us eating and hanging out together in one group of six staying there and one friend who lives in the area.

A gorgeous home for a perfect stay!

This home is beautiful and the perfect place to relax and enjoy Sarasota! An amazing, very well stocked kitchen, a great dining room, a very large beautiful living room, an exercise room and a huge game room our grandchildren had so much fun in. 5 big bedrooms to sleep well in, and a gorgeous pool and spa in the backyard with A big outdoor kitchen! My family said this was one of their best vacations! The owner was very easy to communicate with! A Five Star Stay!!

Good times

3 generations of family celebrated a graduation and New Years. Enjoyed our time together immensely. Beautiful home. There are no TV’s upstairs and all bedrooms are upstairs. The pool area is very appealing and relaxing. The owners were very responsive. We had a great time.

Great for families

This house is huge and can comfortably accommodate 12. But, it is not stocked for large groups. We were a group of 8 - 6 adults and 2 children - and stayed for 4 nights. The dining room table seats 8 and there are no additional chairs The house had a total of 10 bath towels, 3 salad plates and 8 - 12 each of knives, forks and spoons. We were constantly washing towels and cutlery. The place is great for families but I would recommend bringing paper plates and plastic folks.

All-Star House and All-Star Owner

This is a great house if you have a lot of guests and it is literally loaded with extra amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. From the pool and spa, to the game room filled with fun things to do, to the gourmet open kitchen, to the outdoor kitchen complete with an electric smoker and massive grill, to the 5 bedrooms all good size, this house is almost a vacation in itself. Even better was the communication with the owner on any issues or questions we had with our stay. He communicated quickly and responded to all our concerns in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to stay there again in the future.

Rowing regatta

This home was perfect for our group of teenage boys with moms who were competing at Nathan Bendersom Park in a regatta. The pool was shaded in the afternoon so it was perfect for cooling down in the June heat. Our boys also loved the pool table and had lots of rounds of pool. The moms liked that it was convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. We found the kitchen had almost everything we needed to make meals. We loved the huge refrigerator in the kitchen and the back up refrigerator in the garage. Oscar was very accommodating with any requests and answered our questions quickly. It was a great stay in Sarasota and I highly recommend this home.

2023 Vacation

We traveled with 8 adults and 4 children 4 and under. This is a nice place and perfect for the size of our growing family. It was easy to find, navigation was simple to various locations/beaches. Full disclosure: most beaches are 30+ minutes away, and we were about an hour from the Rays/Cardinals game and Busch Gardens, which were 2 of our excursions. The pool/hot tub was wonderful. The kitchen/living area were spacious and clean, just off the pool area. It was nice to be all together in the downstairs, with all bedrooms upstairs. The big screen TV made for great viewing of movies after the kiddos were down for the night. We had no appliance or maintenance issues at all. With any questions, the owner was quick to reply via text. The VRBO listing showed crib/pack n play, so before arriving I emailed the owner to verify. There was not one, and he quickly got one ordered, which arrived the day of our arrival. I usually like to try different properties, so I would stay at another location next time, but this was great overall!
