This vacation rental boasts a cozy living room, stylish kitchen, comfortable dining area and small patio on the main floor, perfect for entertaining and enjoying the company of loved ones. The lower floor offers a full bathroom and two peaceful bedrooms, both perfect for getting a great night's sleep. One bedroom is beautifully decorated, with a king bed, a mounted flatscreen TV and a private patio and the cheerful bunk bed room has a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top, perfect for kids! The upper floor offers a bright and airy bedroom with a king size bed, beautiful views and a small office space in this bright bedroom, making it the perfect place to get some work done or send a few emails if needed.

Guests also have access to the Northstar Property Owners Association Recreation Center, which provides a wealth of amenities, and nearby you will find the Northstar Golf Course and stables. Guest access fees apply per person per day. The neighborhood also has a free shuttle service that can take you anywhere you need to go. This home is also conveniently located just a short drive away from the world-famous Lake Tahoe and historic downtown Truckee.

*Please Note*
- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains, this home has a steep driveway.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November-May.
