Inside, the living area features a wood burning fireplace, a flat-screen TV and comfy seating; it’s perfect catching the game or watching your favorite movie or show. The kitchen features granite counters and all the gear needed to whip up après ski snacks and meals when you’re not enjoying the great dining options at the resort and in downtown Breck. The dining table seats six, with room for three more at the counter.

Beaver Run Resort is one of the best locations for access to Breckenridge Ski Resort with easy ski-in, ski-out access in the winter and fantastic hiking and biking access in the summer. If you feel like hitting the town for dinner or some shopping, just hop on the free nearby shuttle bus. Perfect Location

Amazing location with a view of Quicksilver and Beaver Run lifts. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook all meals which is a huge cost saver in Breck! Any questions we had were immediately addressed with the property management. Locker was also a huge plus so we didn’t have to bring all of our ski gear back to the condo every day.

Great Location for Skiing

Overall great

The location is great- you can't beat beaver run resort! Communicating with the management company was great. I'm highly satisfied at customer service. The unit was a little dated (bathroom ceiling tiles should be replaced) and I recommend washing the dishes before you use them (even though it's part of the check out process) - some of the cups were literally stuck in the cabinet to the contact paper in there- but a little preliminary clean and we were satisfied. They have what you need and would come back again!

The location is great, close to downtown. Room and building were a little older, bedroom carpet could be updated, but overall a nice place. Clean, beds were comfy.

Anniversary Trip in the Mountains

I really enjoy staying at this condo in Beaver Run. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful. I do recommend setting up the provided humidifier upon arrival. The listing claimed a lot of amenities. However, 5/6 restaurants claimed to be onsite were not open currently, but then some amenities such as room service that was listed yet hasn’t been available since Covid. The access to hot tubs and the heated pool was so nice to hangout at then head back to the room with a short walk. The pull out couch was easy to set up! The beds are very comfortable and the blankets are perfectly cozy. We visited late October and it did getting pretty warm during the day and no air conditioning, but we knew that going in! Opening a window helped some. Over all beautiful space and I would visit again. I’d wait until all the updates at Beaver Run are completed because so much was not available because of it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at Beaver Run for the Breck Epic mountain bike race. It was very convenient for all the race related items and was a short walk/bike to the main street in town for food and groceries.The condo is well set up with various cooking utensils, plates etc so that I was able to cook a lot of my meals in the condo. The condo is a nice size and was clean and well appointed for my stay. There are two beds and a pull out couch so you could fit more people in the room comfortably if needed.

Did its job.

We pretty much only slept here, so it worked great for us. AC would have been nice, but it wasn't too bad. Stayed between 74 and 78 even with doors and windows open all day. It was a nice place with pools and arcade to entertain the kids. Would recommend.

Nice getaway stay

Stayed for 4 nights, and the property didn't disappoint. Excellent location, 10 minute walk to main street, or a quick drive to anywhere if you just need something. Pool/hot tubs were clean and seemed well maintained, bonus (if you have kids) is the super large arcade area. Didnt eat on property but did visit the coffee shop which was very good. Overall, considering the value, was happy and would recommend anyone considering the property to go ahead and go for it. It isn't the Ritz-Carlton, but it doesn't try to pretend to be like some places do. Last, there is quite a bit of construction going on, nothing was mentioned during booking. It isnt that big of a deal, and maybe it was just my building, but workers are there all day, literally sunrise to sunset. Quite noisy, but nothing too bad, gotta keep updating i suppose, but there was hardly a moment without a crane moving, beeping, paint sprayers etc...

The unit is exactly as pictured. Very clean. Property management was very responsive when I notified them of a leak outside of the unit itself. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and has everything you need

Had a fantastic experience and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. We looked out our window and could see the ski lift and our ski locker was only feet away from the base of the mountain making everything very convenient. The only drawback was the heat as we couldn’t get the room to be any lower than 76 which was quite warm. We ended up opening a window to cool things off. Overall the place was nice, clean and you truly couldn’t beat the location. We were a 10 minute walk to downtown Breckenridge.

Overall a good stay.

Overall we had a very good experience. I was disappointed to learn on check in that we were being charged $35/night for the parking space. The description and contract never mentioned this fee. I hate hidden charges.

Great location, Dated Complex

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great. That was definitely a positive. However, when we walked to our room, we noticed a massive water stain on the drop ceiling tile in front of our door. About half way through our stay, there was a large crash and the tile fell. Water poured out everywhere. We notified the front desk and it took them over an hour to clean it up. The leak was active so they shimmied a used paint pan in the ceiling opening to catch the water. We spent the rest of the week getting dripped on from an overflowing pan and an active leak. Also, the AC is shut off and only the heat was on. It was intensely warm in the room. We opened the windows and doors like the note said, but then you get to hear all of the commotion from the hot tubs below and smell the scent of everything being smoked outside. For the cost, I just expected better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property worked well for our family of four. The location is nice for ski in/out at Peak 9. The unit itself was well stocked, clean, etc. The temperature in the room was our only complaint; we had to open doors to cool it down as the thermostat didn't do much. We also used the box fans in the closet at night. We had a couple issues with the resort check in and the elevator from the garage to our unit wasn't operating, but Summit Mountain Rental was available and responsive.

Just a wonderful mountain getaway!

Clean and comfortable! Located right in the thick of things. Location was wonderful. Host was communicative and accommodating. All four of us slept very comfortable. Such a quiet place. Balcony was wonderful and kitchen was well appointed. Hot tub, pool, sauna, and game room was a huge bonus. Garage for the car and shuttle if we wanted to go into town. Small market in case you forgot anything. Spa on the premises if you feel like treating yourself. We would definitely stay again. You won't be disappointed.

Great Stay

Spouse and I spent 5 incredible nights in this unit around Oktoberfest weekend. Perfect location with amazing views. Easy walk to Main Street and hiking trails. Check-in was easy and host was very responsive. Would enthusiastically book again!!!!!!!!
