Welcome to Fred's Tropical Place. The perfect place for your family & friends gathering. On the first floor you will find a small living room with a couch, TV and a small kitchen, laundry room and 3 bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms.
The second floor is a large open living area with a big kitchen, a huge dining table, also a breakfast bar, 2 couches with TV and a pool table for everyone enjoyment. Recently we have just added a new outdoor terrace overlooking the downstairs pool/garden area. Plenty of chairs and an outdoor table. On the second floor is also a spacious Master bedroom with bathroom.
The third floor has a top deck with a BBQ and sitting area
What make this place so special is the outdoor space recently upgraded with this incredible new saltwater pool. Also a great patio with a lot of shade. Plenty of lounge chairs and rocking chairs to relax and have everyone comfortable . A great garden surround the pool and patio area. Tropical flowers, hummingbirds and butterflies flying around. Ylang Ylang flowers smell floating in the air at sunset.
The house is located in a great gated community very family oriented. 1 minute walk to the community pool, where you can also enjoy spending some time with your family and friends. You can find there Yoyo's Pool Bar, the best place for a great lunch or early dinner, smoothies and the best cocktails!!! Watch the surf, the Scarlett Macaws, the sunset.... RELAX!
