Intercoastal living with 2 large pools, 2 hot tubs, saunas, gym, waterfront clubhouse with pool table and located on the marina, 5 minutes to Lake Worth and Lantana beaches, 10 minutes to Delray Beach and Atlantic Ave with amazing restaurants, unique shops, and much more.

Enjoy shopping and landmark restaurants such as Old Key Lime House within walking distance. Fabulous Cheese & Wine Cafe restaurant on site in addition to a coffee shop and ice cream parlor. PGA and many other golf courses within 10 -15 min. The property has 24-hour security, and your designated parking spot is in a gated garage with optional valet service. Located just 10 minutes from PBI airport and 30 minutes from FLL airport.

The HOA requires to submit an application ($150 per applicant or per married couple). You will have access to an online application and a rental agreement once you have made a reservation. It is simple and takes 10-15 mins to fill it in.
