Great and convenient!

We loved yhe cute little place. It was equipped with everything we needed. It was super convenient how close it was to walmart for grocery shopping, fun places, and the beach!!

Perfect place to stay for the Panama City Ironman

We came down for the Ironman and had quick access to the beach, run course, and everything we needed for a great stay. Thanks the great commo and super easy process. 10 stars.

Awesome place!

Great condo get away! A beautiful place with a swimming pool right in the back yard. The golf cart was awesome for getting to the beach quickly. Gated community and pet friendly was awesome! We really enjoyed the week in this condo.

Finding a Pearl in an oyster

The resort was enormous and very close to the beach. It had many pools, a mini golf course and an excersise room. 115 Tonya- what a place!! It was beautiful and roomy and clean. The living room had 2 couches at least one was a pull out.

We had a great time at our stay in Gulf Highlands. It was our 1st time at this place and it had a lot to offer. Great communication. I recommended staying here with a unit that provides a golf cart, like ours did.

Amazing vacation rental!

Our family had the best time at this rental. It was extremely clean. The pool was steps from the condo and the golf cart was very convenient. We could not have asked for a better location. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants, donut shop, and ice cream parlor with ease. The property manager was friendly and quick to respond to messages. I would highly recommend this rental for families.

Our stay was perfect. Property was very clean and everything we needed for our week at the beach. Any questions we had were answered immediately. Highly recommend this property and plan to be back in the future. Having a pool right in our backyard is super convenient with kids and it’s less crowded then most of the other pools on the property.

Just what we needed

Our stay had everything needed. The kitchen was well stocked, the linens were great and the golf cart was the icing on the cake. The pool was 30 steps out the back door , a quiet back yard which we enjoyed as well as our dog. The property is close to the exit gate which is handy. The hosts were were great communicators.

3.5 stars - some nice amenities, some updates needed

We have stayed in Gulf Highlands before. This particular condo is all the way to one side of the resort, which would be inconvenient for beach and amenity access except for the golf cart that is rented with the unit. So that takes care of that. We also liked that we could bring our dog without an exhorbitant fee. The condo seemed clean enough but there are a few things we'd recommend the owners look into for improvements. First, the shower in the master had a wall separating, and the shower head is pointed in that direction so we worried about water. A small shelf, perhaps above the towel bar, would help with the lack of counter space. There was not a bath rug or shower mat in one of the bathrooms so we had to use a towel as a makeshift option to reduce the chance of slipping on wet floors. An area rug in the living room would be nice also as the tile floor is not overly comfortable or warm. Finally, the bed in the master is creaky, the mattress seems pretty old/worn out and the mattress pad is noisy. Anytime one of us moved we woke the other up, which made for disrupted sleep. Unfortunately the shuffleboards close to the condo were in poorer condition and the pool there not heated or cleaned the whole time we were there (a maintenance member said they'd look into it), but that is not the owner's fault. Luckily with the golf cart we were able to easily use the other options onsite. On the plus side the kitchen had what we needed and the starter soap/paper items helpful.
