Market Street Inn is a short stroll to the exciting entertainment, shops and restaurants of Baytowne Wharf without being in the midst of the late night party noise. This comfortable 2 bedroom sleeps up to 8. This end unit on the top floor of Market Street Inn is unique, with windows on the east, north and west, the unit is light and bright all day. Enjoy sunrise from the master suite balcony and beautiful sunsets over the bay from the living room balcony.

The spacious living area has comfortable furnishings and wood-look tile flooring. Entertainment features include an LG 55” LCD HDTV, Netflix, and free WIFI The kitchen is well stocked for your cooking and dining needs whether you just make popcorn or bake your Thanksgiving turkey. New stainless steel appliances enhance your cooking experience. Bring your k-cups and brew your coffee in the Keurig. The large dining table comfortably seats six with another two seats at the bar. The master suite, featuring a king bed with new, firm Sealy Posturepedic pillow top mattress and luxurious high thread count bedding, ensures a restful night’s sleep. There’s a large dresser and ample closet space so you can unpack and relax. A Vizio 40” LCD HDTV provides a crystal clear picture. The en-suite bath has double sinks, lots of storage and counter space, a separate shower, large soaking tub and plenty of thick, absorbent towels. Perfect for the kids, another couple, or singles, the second bedroom features two queen beds with new Simmons pillow top mattresses and high thread count, super soft bedding. The dresser and large closet let you unpack and enjoy your stay. For your entertainment pleasure there is a Samsung 32” LCD HDTV. The hall bath has access from both the hallway and the second bedroom. There is a large shower/tub combination with a curved hotel shower rod and hand held massage shower head. A washer and dryer are located in a closet off the hallway for your convenience.

Take the elevator to the 3rd floor and exit to the pool deck. The amenities include a beautiful, free form pool, hot spa, cool spa, children’s wading pool, exercise room, stainless steel grill, snack bar, open grass area with fountains and a cozy outdoor fireplace with rocking chairs.

With keyless entry, check in is a breeze and there are no keys to keep track of!

The beautiful white sand beach is a short drive or bike ride away, or take the Sandestin tram and you won't have to move your car for your entire stay!

Our stay was wonderful, as usual. We try to go about once a year. This was our first time visiting during the summer months, unfortunately during a heat warning and more visitors due to the fireworks display. Overall, I highly recommend this property. The host was messaged and responded almost immediately. The host was very thorough and corrected minor issues quickly or answered any questions we had.

Nice condo, great location!
We really enjoyed this condo. Location was great. Close to many restaurants and shops. The village is an amazing place to stay. We utilized the tram to get to the Beach daily. Michelle was awesome and got back to us very quickly with any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location!
Loved the very short walk to the village. On fifth floor end was very quiet. Necessary amenities are there. Wonderful planned community with many things to do & for all ages. Only negatives: stayed in same condo 2 yrs ago & was in better shape; needs interior painting (showing wear & tear), when towels are badly soiled replace. Baseboards showing dust. All upholstery was to deep and uncomfortable for 5’3 & 5’5” gals. Nothing so bad that I wouldn’t return again.

Convenient Location
The two-bedroom unit has large rooms, well-furnished and equipped with a balcony suitable for sitting outside. Being in the Warf area is very convenient, and the dedicated parking level gives easy access to the elevator. Cleaning could have been better as there were pieces of nuts shells and other small items that had not been vacuumed.

Baytowne Wharf Condo
We had a great stay at the Baytowne Wharf Condo. The location was very convenient, and the condo was very spacious. Unfortunately, our weather didn't cooperate, and it was very cold, but we still had a great time.
