This property is managed locally by Katannya Hartwell. The host will not be on-site, but is available from 8am-5pm for non-emergencies and 24 hours for emergencies. If the cleaning does not meet your standards on your day of arrival, contact us prior to 5:30pm. My team and I manage several homes in the area. We are always happy to help with any issues during your stay. Please feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to help make your stay as enjoyable as we can. Katannya Hartwell has been an elementary teacher, martial arts school owner and raised 4 children. Katannya enjoys the outdoors in and around Flagstaff including hiking, snowboarding, and rock climbing. She loves line dancing at the Museum Club and star gazing out at Lake Mary.
Why they chose this property
We love this family neighborhood just south of downtown Flagstaff. There are some nice hiking trails nearby and it's easy to see the night sky with very few street lights.
What makes this property unique
This home is a single level home with lots of room to spread out. There are some fun amenities, like some musical instruments, a real wood fireplace, a hot tube, and a large back yard.
