You will enter the property through a private driveway leading to a parking area which can accommodate three or more vehicles.
The foyerfeatures a ten-foot- long Restoration Hardware table. There is also a half-bath off the foyer. From there you will enter a recently remodeled open kitchen with a window seat, breakfast table, island and wine cellar.
Just off the kitchen is a pantry with refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker and pods. Adjoining the kitchen is a second dining area featuring polished slate floors, a dining table and reading space. This room can also be used as a home-office. For an added touch you will find a Ski Vermont Poster whose frame is constructed from the home's original beams and with the wane exposed.
Off the kitchen is a more traditional, cozy living room featuring a Thomasville leather sofa, Ralph Lauren Club Chair, Maitland-Smith Stacked Leather Books Form Coffee Table and Smart TV with Hulu Plus Live.
The second floor includes two large bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King Bernhardt Sleigh Bed with a top-of-the-line, adjustable base, pillow top Serta® Perfect Sleeper® Sapphire Canyon 16" Firm Pillow Top Mattress, heated mattress pad and oversized walk-in closet.

The home is depicted in Luigi Lucioni’s etching “Route 7A” and a signed etching can be seen in the foyer. In 1946, Maxwell House Coffee advertisements featured Lucioni’s illustration of the 1812 House captioning it “Like the warm red farmhouse and cool blue-green mountains of Vermont, Maxwell House Coffee is part of the American scene.”
Luigi Lucioni was named “painter laureate of Vermont” by Life Magazine and his famed paintings of Vermont scenes have been awarded distinguished prizes in contemporary American Art. Lucioni’s works are now held in many museums including the Metropolitan, the Whitney, the High Museum in Atlanta, the Library of Congress, and the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
