Room for the whole family! This home is practically new! This 3Br/2Ba home has an open concept. Our home features a side patio with outdoor seating and grilling area. An additional patio area is located off the master suite. This home is approximately 1200 sq ft with an attached garage and located only minutes from Portman Marina which offers lakeside dining. Green Pond landing is about 3 miles away. Approximately 15 minutes away from Anderson and downtown Greenville is 25 minutes away. Perfect for game day rentals! Clemson University is less than 10 minutes.

Great Property

This was a great property to stay in with multiple generations. Plenty of space and all the necessary items needed for cooking. This property is about 20 minutes from Clemson. We will definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed here for two nights when we were moving our oldest child in to Clemson for her Freshman year. The house was as pictured, clean and a short drive from Clemson. We would stay here again.

Super Nice.

Beautiful home, very near to the lake. Host was great. Had an issue with the A/C when we arrived, once I contacted them it was fixed within the hour. Highly recommend for an enjoyable stay.

Christmas Celebration

This is our second time staying at this location and it works out perfect for a party of six!The home was located in a perfect area. A short distance to restaurants and shopping. One suggestion would be to place a full length mirror somewhere in the home. That would be awesome for ladies who are getting dressed up to go out to be able to see their complete outfit in a full length mirror! And that’s a suggestion not a complaint! We enjoyed our stay!

Everything was great. Highly recommend this property. Very clean and great location. Lauren was very responsive and so nice. Would like to stay again if our fishing circuit returns to Hartwell.

Perfect, clean space and great location!

Great experience.

We chose this unit to accommodate my 90 year old mother who was unable to come. It is excellent for seniors using walkers, but we enjoyed having it to ourselves.
