Take a break, unwind & refresh at this peaceful waterfront oasis with unobstructed views of beautiful Lake Conroe! Our updated home includes 4 Bdrms w/ 3 full en-suite bathrooms; ideal for family getaways or weekend retreats. Whether you love boating, fishing, swimming, playing lawn games on our big flat backyard or watching the stars from the hot tub, there's just so much to do while you stay at your home away from home!

Our home is directly on Lake Conroe, the ultimate hydro playground for boating, swimming & renown fishing! Not only does our home have breathtaking views from the 2 levels of decks and hot tub, but we also have a huge, flat lawn for games, a deck by the water's w/ fire pit and of course, fully stocked home for you to enjoy and make memories!

We are a family home that was recently converted to a vacation rental; you’ll find our rental isn’t filled with the “bare bones” of a typical “rental only” listing... in fact, we've thought of nearly everything, right down to complimentary toothbrushes, coffee pods, laundry detergent and soap!

Inside, you'll appreciate a fully stocked kitchen, dinnerware for 10, dining seating for 10 at the dining table and bars in addition to all the small appliances if you want to harness your epicurian talents! We have a webber charcoal grill out on the patio if you want to grill up your fresh catch of the day.

Rainy day? Pass the time with our foosball table or grab a game or puzzle and set up at our retro booth & table, claimed from a nearby Historic diner.

Each bedroom and our 2-story living area have their own flat screenTV's with Roku service. Our bedrooms and bath areas are fully stocked with quality linens, bath, hand and wash towels and room to unpack or store your luggage. The first 3 bedrooms have closets with hangers and we have an iron, ironing board and full size W/D in the laundry room should you need to fancy yourself up during your stay!

Outside, enjoy our newly built lakeside deck with Adirondack chairs, gas fire pit to gather around and enjoy the afternoon breeze or sit fire-side and gaze at our big open skies and stars. We also have a hot tub on the back patio and stock pool towels for your stay.

We are just 3 miles to the Margaritaville resort, and less than 2 miles to Walden Golf course and private boat launch, great restaurants, marina and access to the HOA private pool & grill!

Amazing trip

We had a great time staying at this house. Even with the weather being trash, the hot tub was a real winner. The view of the lake was amazing. The house had more than plenty of space for us and was in a quiet part of the neighborhood. 10 of 10 would stay again.

Fun Girl’s Weekend!

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the beautiful lake views and the patio, the dock with chairs and the hot tub! We cooked a lot in the kitchen and had all that we needed and a big table to enjoy our meals around! Communication with Michelle was easy and she was quick to respond to our needs and questions! This is a great house with amazing lake access!!

Rare Gem for Wake Boaters

I specifically picked this house for the ability to use a lift capable of supporting a 25ft wake surf boat (Malibu) and I was absolutely shocked to find accomodations with the location and view of the lake that this property provided. Lake conroe is known to be a very rough lake and just tying the boat up to a dock is not good enough, especially on a holiday weekend like the 4th of july when the lake turns into a massive wave pool. Everything in the house worked well, no AC issues as I saw reported in previous reviews since the 4th bedroom now has its own unit. Patio is great in the evenings as the sun sets on the front of the home and there is ample space in the backyard for activities. No fences between the properties so its one big yard with extremely fun and friendly neighbors. Everyone in our group was happy with our stay and we look forward to staying again.

Wonderful property right on Lake Conroe. Large enough for 6 family members and fun enough to keep young grandchild entertained. Would have enjoyed the lake view even more if we weren't busy chasing after him...

Beautiful place with an unmatched view

The house was well-equipped and clean. It has an unbelievable view of the lake with gorgeous sunrises. The owners provided a way for us to use our Prime Video account, which was great. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Perfect Lake Conroe location!

The view from the moment you walk in takes your breath away! Location is perfect. The home was cool and clean and smelled fresh when we first walked in. The primary down did not have a lake view but I like a dark room when sleeping. However, the mattress was way too soft for this Goldilocks. The lake view bedroom on the second floor, also an en-suite, would have been the paying adults choice if it had had a king bed. The mattress on that queen was “just right”! If it would have been a king, son and Daughter in love wouldn’t have gotten that room! (They thought they hit the room lottery!) The third bedroom was alright. Kinda warm but not unbearable. However, the attic conversion “4th bedroom”, while very cool looking with the signed sports memorabilia, was NOT usable at any time due to the total Lack of adequate AC. If you’re a family like us who rented needing a completely usable 4th bedroom, during the summer, this is not it. Since we the parents are much earlier risers than the young adult and/or married kids are, we chose to sleep on the futon and the recliner downstairs (home split king adjustable with massage bed spoiled), which worked out as the futon was very very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked as are necessary items for the rest of the home. New dock was nice. Stairs to the water were iffy but repaired enough for use by 50+ adults without prime knees. Michelle worked her tail off to get the temporary fixes done so everyone could utilize the lake. Jet ski lifts +

Beautiful home with very helpful host

Home was beautiful and very clean. Lots of nice touches including swim towels, toiletries, dish/laundry soap, paper towels, trash liners and life jacket for our 4 y/o granddaughter. Only one fridge, but it was nearly empty and provided ample room for our food. We used a cooler to store our beverages. Lots of empty cabinet and drawer space in kitchen to store away the food and supplies we brought. The AC was able to keep the house cool with temps in the high 90's each day. The 4th bedroom is actually off of the 3rd bedroom and can only be accessed by going through the 3rd bedroom - which may not work for some families. It seems to be an attic conversion. Although it had an AC vent, it was not cool enough to sleep comfortably in during our June stay. Perhaps it would be more comfortable during cooler months. Our son ended up moving one of the mattresses to the floor of bedroom 3 to sleep. The hosts seem to be in the process of rebuilding the boat dock. The steps to access the water were not completely rebuilt and at the time we were there, they were dangerous. One step with new wood was extremely slippery with algae. Another step seemed to be partially missing (which is tricky since water visibility is minimal).Another step had staples sticking out where I am guessing carpet used to exist. There is not much shade if you are planning to float right off the boat dock. We would consider staying again depending on condition of dock steps into the water. Host was very responsive.

Great home!!

We had 7 adults staying at the home. We like to golf, so this was an excellent location close to Walden and Margaritaville. The house was very clean, instructions on how to get around were great, and the property manager got back to us quickly when we had any questions. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful, Well-managed Lake House with Spectacular Views!

We rented the property for family members who were attending a reunion in the area. The house was beautiful, clean, very well appointed, and located in a setting that offered amazing, wide open lake views, a large lawn, a nice patio area with a hot tub, a boat dock, and a custom stone fire pit. The owner and host made sure we had everything we needed and communicated effectively in advance to make sure everything went smoothly. There were lots of amenities and special touches throughout the house. They even provided extra tooth brushes in each room and coffee pods of various flavors. Our family members raved about how comfortable they felt, how amazing the relaxing setting was, and what a wonderful overall experience they had staying at the property. We will definitely seek out this home the next time we have an opportunity to rent in the area!

Perfect for Families

This property had it all. Plenty of room for our family. Very comfy beds. Beyond gorgeous views. Hot tub, fire pit, grill, outdoor games, indoor games, plenty of outdoor seating, nicely stocked kitchen, great amount of outdoor space. The owner always responded immediately to questions. We all thought this VRBO was maybe one of the best fits for our family! Thanks for a great weekend…wish it could have been longer!

This place was turn-key for a quick getaway

I had to be in Houston for the weekend and wanted something to break up my trip back home. This place is amazing; the view is wide open, the home feels spacious and comfortable; perfect blend between comfort and style. Super easy check in process, the home book answered any questions we had and the beds were super comfortable! They even left us toothbrushes- great personal touch!
