Beautiful three-story 4 bedroom /3-bath family beach home that sleeps up to 11. Large oceanfront covered decks protected from the weather have unobstructed ocean views. The community pool shared with only 3 other homes is open from mid-May to mid-September! The interior full-sized home elevator is great for bringing in heavy luggage and helping family members with limited mobility access all levels of the home. The beach access is a quick walk only two houses away.

Hidden Gem of Surf City!

We were really happy we found this house to spend our long weekend at the beach. It was a very nice house and well equipped. The host did a good job labeling and identifying things at the house. It was clean and very comfortable to stay in. Also, love the view, the location and quick access to beach. YouTube TV was awesome to entertain kids and collection of board games was nice to entertain the family. Host was very communicative and responsive. Highly recommend to stay in this beautiful house.

Spring Break

This is the third year that me and a bunch of ladies rented Sandy Cheeks❣️ It a WONDERFUL house. Just 3 houses from the ocean access. Beautiful view of the ocean. Good restaurants close by. We will probably rent it again next year. We highly recommend it❣️❣️❣️

Great House

This is the third year that we have rented it and plan to rent it in 2025. It is a WONDERFUL location!!! I Love sitting on the deck listening to the ocean, watching the dolphins when they are there and reading a book. Some of the ladies like it because it is not far to walk to the beach!! There are good restaurants close by. The owners are GREAT to work with!! We will return❣️

Family Beach House Trip 2023

I had an incredible week long family vacation at this rental beach house. The location was perfect and we were able to spend lots of time on the beautiful beach. We also appreciated the ample amount of games and entertainment provided in the house, which kept us all happily occupied. Spending quality time with my family by the ocean was truly priceless, and this rental provided the perfect setting for it. I highly recommend a stay at this beach house for anyone looking for a memorable family vacation!

We are two working professionals that have been married for over 30 years and absolutely adore Surf City, NC! Our two children have spent every summer here (now in their 20's) and during that time learned to surf, skimboard, fish, and how to go "ghost crabbing". We hope that you and your family will consider spending your precious vacation time with us. Our number one goal is to make sure you have an amazing stay at Sandy Cheeks!

Why they chose this property

We first started vacationing in Surf City, NC in 1996 and have never stopped! Over the years we have brought our children, friends, and family for summer vacations and to experience this gem of an oceanfront community we have fallen in love with. We always dreamed about owning our own home on the island one day, and that day finally came in 2021. We have been so blessed, and would love to host you and your family for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation week at our home, Sandy Cheeks!

What makes this property unique

This home is located right at the line where Surf City ends and North Topsail begins. We love being able to walk one block to Surf City Line restaurant for a meal, and a cocktail, and to enjoy live music all summer. We also love that we are steps away from the beach and that the road directly in front of our home is very narrow for only one car at a time to pass. Cars usually go no more than 5 miles per hour there and walking on the road is very safe. There are also many other amazing restaurants within a 5-10 minute car ride, including a wonderful local brewery we love to spend time at, Salty Turtle Beer Company.
