Welcome to SEAS THE DAY at Laketown Wharf 318!

Located on the third floor of Laketown Wharf, this convenient, clean and comfortable lake-view condo is available as your beach getaway with all the features of home. This unit has all new furniture and has been repainted. The decor is beachy, and all of this is for you to enjoy while you visit the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches!" This roomy one-bedroom condo (1,047 sq ft) will accommodate up to six people. The bedroom has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. The bunk nook is off the main hallway and convenient to the large second bathroom. A sleeper sofa is in the living area.

Laketown Wharf Resort, in Panama City Beach, is in the heart of all the fun. It is located near many attractions, restaurants and water activities, with its very own private beach access located directly across the street. Laketown Wharf Resort holds an impressive reputation as one of the largest resorts in PCB. This property is situated along more than 50,000 feet of lakefront boardwalk and has a seemingly endless list of amenities to choose from.

Comfortable

So my stay here was great. The condo was absolutely perfect. I had my family here. They had fun. Security was excellent here. Lots of weed smoke and teenagers, which was expected, but alot of weed smoke around the property. I have kids. When we first walked in the door Handle fell off. Weird. Also my family came and stayed right above us. Why did they have the same pass code? As us? I love the condo. Clean and perfect but won’t come back because it’s not a family friendly resort.
