I could live here!

This home is so cute and welcoming. The location is perfect with lots of shops and restaurants just a few steps away. The home itself is clean, well maintained, well equipped, comfortable, and inviting. I have stayed here once before and will definately stay here again.

Great Old Town Site

Great accommodations close to Old Town. The facilities were stocked with everything we could need. The only hiccup was that the codes for the gate and door were not correct, and it was difficult to contact the manager without a phone number on the instruction page. The information was on my computer in Walla Walla but not on my phone. We tracked her down, and she was very helpful and sent the codes right away. From there, everything was great. Thanks, Venus.

Old Town Treasure

Our month stay st the condo was so comfortable and easy to feel at home. The kitchen layout makes it easy to cook meals and visit with family. The cozy fireplace added to the ambiance of the tv room on a rainy or snowy night. Upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable with beautiful views. Our favorite space was the upstairs deck for late afternoons and nighttime. Exploring Old Town was fun discovering the Tiny Grocer, Blackbird coffee, Church T Cafe, and 2 ice cream shops. The yard is wonderful for dogs. My husband and I truly enjoyed ourselves and will plan to rent it again.

Perfect Location

We stayed here for two weeks. The VRBO remained cool and comfortable during this hot spell. The location is perfect for us and this is our second stay. It is near Old Town, museums, Tiguex park, the Sawmill, the river trails, and to inlaws who live in Albuquerque.

Great stay at convenient old town home

Very convenient property with multiple outdoor patios to enjoy the sun. Plenty of bathrooms, excellent kitchen, parking, and lovely decorated home. We had three adults…a family with one adult child. The second bedroom has trundle beds which are most ideal for children but not entirely comfortable for adults. However, the home was lovely, the host wonderful, and very convenient to all that Albuquerque has to offer. Enjoyed it!

Great Location

In town for business with my 2 teens. Perfect location for them to explore Old Town independently while I worked. Also, centrally located for access to other parts of Albuquerque. The casita itself was very clean. Master bedroom is very nice. Second bedroom had only a bed - no lamp or nightstand to put my phone on. The house was a bit chilly for us (we’re from Phoenix so anything below 70 is cold for us) and we were never able to figure out the heating system. Kitchen was well stocked and living room was quite cozy. We didn’t use the wood-burning fire place but should have given how chilly it was. The sofa offers another sleeping option. Towels and hairdryers provided. Our biggest challenge was doors, particularly the two exterior doors. But property manager made herself available even at the late hour of our arrival to get us in. I would certainly stay here again.

Old Town Casita

This a cute casita, on a quiet street with all amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning, fireplace, patio areas and a large balcony. It is close to restaurants, museums, shopping and the historic plaza area. A wonderful place to stay while you enjoy all Albuquerque has to offer

Old Town Casita

Its like home away from home. We have been coming there for 12 years and it has never disappointed. It is close to the museums, old town shops and restaurants. There is a beautiful park just across the street and lots to see and do.

Old Town Albuquerque at it's best

I love this property. it was in an excellent location. We walked to our convention and to Old Town. The home was so comfortable and well equipped. The decor was lovely and it had nice peaceful outdoor space. The home is in excellent condition and I will stay there again.

Home away from home!

This is a wonderful casita just steps away from all the Old Town activities. It is move in ready with everything you need. Refrigerated air, Wi-Fi, TV, a wonderful fireplace, linens, all the kitchen items you would need if you decide you want to cook...but with all the local cuisine who wants to cook? Great views and a wonderful host, what more do you need?

GREAT place to stay near Old Town Albuquerque

Great 2.5 bath, 2 bedroom home with full kitchen, washer and dryer, Internet, TV & DVD player, great private outdoors facilities, close to museums and a LARGE park. Parking room for 2 cars. Loved it and plan to return again. We've stayed here more than once.

Unique experience staying in lovely renovated adobe home in Old town ABQ.

The accommodations were excellent; kitchen, bathrooms totally updated. Easy walk to shopping/ restaurants and museums, all closeby. Plenty of room for 4 adults, but second bedroom with trundle beds was more appropriate for youngsters, not particularly comfortable for 2 adults.

Great casita!

This is a great casita in a nice little neighborhood! It is located within walking distance to the Old Town Plaza, with restaurants, shopping and museums. It has just about everything you need for your stay, just bring your clothes and move in!

Perfect location, very pleasant, and well-stocked

We spent 10 days at this property and it was perfect for our needs. Just a block from Old Town plaza and a wide variety of museums, it also is across the street from a very pleasant park. The house met our needs perfectly--right size, the right New Mexico ambiance to remind you of where you are. I particularly enjoyed the little back patio for morning reading and coffee. We have used other rental properties and this was, without doubt, the best stocked of any we used. When my son's sunglasses broke, we found Super Glue in the desk drawer--that is well-stocked! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Can't beat the location.

This is a great place to stay for exploring old town. We only put 35 miles on our rental car because you can walk to everything. The kitchen is well equipped, but there are so many restaurants close by we mostly ate out. Overall, a very comfortable house to stay in and cheaper and more convenient than most hotels in the area.

great location, large spaces with upstairs privacy, lots of porch and patio options

walking distance to museums, old town, parks, close to city and our family in town, lovely building with lots of bathrooms, open kitchen, dining room spaces, large tv, radiant floor heat, able to host and cook thanksgiving dinner and entertain our group, loved the balconies and patios, park off street, lovely decorations...would definitely come back here with all these comfortable options

A GREAT place to stay and REALLY close to Old Town

This is a VERY nice 2 bedroom casita. All appliances are top notch. Three 2nd story balconies, and lots of fenced, secluded, and private yard room are all GREAT pluses. The parking is good too. That is just a short pull-in driveway, probably long enough for most any car. Walk out the front door, and nearly 1 block away is the Backstreet Grill, rated #18 of 1,371 Restaurants in Albuquerque with the Certificate of Excellence from Tripadvisor. We LOVED the street tacos and the tamales too. Of course there is LOADS to do in and around Old Town. Then there is Duran Central Pharmacy, at 1815 Central Avenue NW, just a few blocks away from the casita. Duran's is great for all sorts of souvenirs and they have a GREAT grill too :-) We plan to stay in this casita again.

Beautiful, comfortable & convenient.

This gorgeous home was so close to old town and easy to get to other areas. There was everything we needed was in the kitchen. Extra care was given in decorating and the multiple patios great. Venus handled a minor issue with a smoke detector battery personally & promptly. Planning a return trip.

Great house and location

This was a beautiful house a short walk from Old Town. It was very clean and well decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything that you could need. The master bedroom was quite comfortable and the en suite was a nice touch. The second bedroom only had a daybed that was not as comfortable. I recommend upgrading this room to have another full bed. It was an easy, short walk to the shops and restaurants in Old Town. Be warned that all of the restaurants close by 9pm.

Good layout and good location

Quite adequate for my business needs. One bathroom was not clean apon arrival but I vacuumed/cleaned it myself since it was quite late at night by the time I discovered this. Property is set up nicely with most conveniences. Not luxurious but perfectly adequate with enough bathrooms and kitchen space. Nice neighborhood and location adjacent to Old Town. Would re-book.

Perfect spot! Clean, well laid out, private, clos

Perfect spot! Clean, well laid out, private, close to old town. We used it for a three week stay during an event at the convention center and highly recommend it. Don't be fooled by the somewhat un-appealing outside photo either, it is very cute and a nice spot.
