Great location

I’ve stayed at various properties at the Grove over the years. Location cannot be beat. Walkable to beach, restaurants, and shops, and great pool.

Great location but wouldn't stay in this unit again. DISAPPOINTED.

This unit is in a prime location. We rented it because we have stayed in this complex before and love the area.Pictures are not current status, which I specifically asked owner to confirm.No smoke detector, which I believe is a violation.Unit the place was not clean. When it was time to check-out I was contacted twice to be sure I would be out on time for cleaners to come. Does not appear cleaners come to this place!Dust had me sneezing was on vents, shower stall, TP holder, blind slats and ceiling fan blades, which is above the bed where we slept.Mold inside shower stall. Shower door doesn’t close completely, floor gets wet with each shower, no bath mat provided. Water controls corroded and leaking, rust marks running down wall.Bathroom sink leaked and formed a puddle on floor. Left side of refrigerator covered in rust stains.Compelled to eat out for meals since the stove was dirty. Drips pans covered in dirt. Dead fruit flies were on shelf above stove.The place is supposed to be setup for 2. There aren’t even 2 matching bowls. When we took out a bowl it was dirty.Purchased pillows since only “decorative pillows”. No pillow cases. There was a single pillow stored up on the closet shelf, mismatched pillow case covered. A twin flat sheet and rolled up fitted sheet found on shelf. Also purchased towels (one hanging on back of door did not appear clean and the other towels provided were all stained). Was told there were beach towels, but only bath size provided
