Need to cool off, walk out back and enjoy a cool swim in your private pool. Pool depth is 3-8 ft. Want to enjoy a nice bbq, light up the grill and throw on some meat. This home offers the amenities you need to enjoy your time in the city.

This home is not available to host parties or events. Only those included in the booking are allowed on the property. Any additional guests or visitors should be disclosed in advance. All house guests must be listed on the reservation. The pool and amenities are only to be used by those registered. The home comes equipped with home surveillance for your protection and the safety of all. Tampering with any locked areas and or surveillance cameras in a direct violation of this agreement and will result in the immediate cancellation of your rental. The use of amplifiers is prohibited. Please be mindful of noise. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am daily. For any and all complaints or violations, NOPD will be called and reserved guests may be asked to leave and vacate the premises. While the use of this home is for your relaxation and enjoyment, we are not responsible for accidents, or injury, and use of the pool is at your own risk.
