Riverside Beach House

Welcome to our beautiful riverside beach house. One bedroom, one bath home sits right on the river bank. Enjoy stunning panoramic views, magnificent sunsets from the wraparound deck, & soundscapes of nature in this hidden oasis, surrounded by the friendliest folks around. Just 4 miles from Sankoty Lakes, world class wilderness recreation & education experience.
The home is set up perfect for a relaxing getaway with peaceful views of the river. It's a ranch home with stairs to the basement laundry. Enjoy the beautiful evenings on the large covered deck.

Free parking on site with easy access to East Peoria, Peoria & Peoria Heights for shopping, dining and attractions.

The river/lake is a river/lake, not a pool. Swimming is at your own risk. There is an area for a fire pit, also at your own risk. Owner is not responsible for any injuries. The beach is a mix of sandy and rocky. There may or may not be shells. It depends on the weather and season. Water shoes would benefit if planning to go into the water.

Home is monitored with Ring Security Camera for your safety at front door.

Great Getaway

My wife and I enjoyed a short stay here. House was in great location and shape. Love all the natural light! Great spot to have windows open to hear the birds, water, and feel the breeze. Great outdoor seating and plenty of cool birds to watch (Red-bellied/Redheaded Woodpeckers, Yellow-rumped Warblers, Goldfinches, and more). Great communication from owners. Residential neighbors were very friendly. Close to several parks with trails. About 20 minute drive to lots of restaurants/entertainment. We loved Brienzo's Wood Fired Pizza, Zion Coffee, and Trefzger's Bakery.

Cute Getaway Spot

This rental has an amazing view of Peoria Lake; you are right on the water. The house is light, bright with very comfortable accommodations. It is a great use of space, with up to date amenities. If you are looking for a cozy spot to get away and rejuvenate, this is the rental for you.

Born and raised in Central Illinois. I live in town with my husband and two girls. My husband works in Real Estate so it seemed fitting that I have a few homes to share with travelers. I love fitness and sunshine. Owning property to share on the water is almost as good as the ocean itself.

We have a few homes all on the water and there is nothing better than that water view. It's a quiet neighborhood, with the most amazing neighbors. You will not feel like you are in Illinois at our homes.
