Three-Bedroom Apartment 117 - Loft - Private Entrance - Self Check In-Railside

Found right in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, Canmore is a mountain paradise with the most outstanding natural sceneries at the very limits of Banff National Park. Our property has three different types of chalets with 2 or 3 bedrooms and is conveniently located at walkable distance from main touristic spots and top restaurants. When you stay at Canadian Rockies Chalets you also enjoy the proximity to several hiking trails, ski centers and nature havens like Kananaskis Country and Lake Louise, plus being only 1hr drive from Calgary International Airport. This welcoming 3-bedroom suite sleeps 8 people as the couch in the living room transforms into a pull-out bed. It has a dining area, a living area, a balcony with an impressive view of the Rockies, one full bathroom, a half-bathroom and a very well equipped kitchen. Appliances in the kitchen include refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. This is a non-smoking unit. Pets are welcome in all of our units for an extra fee of $25 dollars per night.
If you are bringing pets, please mention this at the moment of booking your chalet and we will send you a special offer that will include the cost of the pet fees.
We do ask that guests sign a registration card upon check in. This includes parking information, check-in and out times and also notice of additional charges.

Additional charges may be assessed, but are not limited to:
1. Cost of replacing or repairing furnishings, kitchenware, linen, or any other item in the rental unit.
2.Excessive noise after 10pm that results in disturbing the quality of stay for fellow guests will result in a $200 penalty.
3. Additional cleaning required due to disrespectful disposal of garbage or recycling.
4. A minimum charge of $500.00 will be levied in the event if smoking occurs in the unit.
5. Occupancy of the unit without authorization later than 11am on check out day.
6. Loss of Unit Keys will result in a $100 charge per key.

As Trilink Management Co. we are in charge of managing properties at Canadian Rockies Chalets and making sure the self-check-in process goes smoothly for all of our guests. Lockbox information will be sent to your email in advance. As hosts we will not be presently in the building but if you are in the house, we are available to offer assistance to guests as needed. Please dial "0" from your room phone to be connected to our call center. Call center working hours are from 8am to 10pm from Monday to Sunday.


Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the 4pm arrival are no charge. Cancellations within the 72 hours prior to the 4 pm check in will result in a cancellation charge of one night plus taxes for regular reservations. Holidays and long weekend cancellations are subject to a three nights plus taxes cancellation fee. This charge is also applicable to reservations that are modified by decreasing the stay time within 72 hour of arrival.

Wedding Stay in Canmore

Self check-in was super easy, the condo had so much space. Very close to everything (the French Patisserie across the street is soooo good). Our only comment is that there was no A/C which I didn’t recall reading about, it was a minor inconvenience as the summer heat is short lived. Overall, great stay!

A three bedroom unit, bedrooms upstairs, 1full and 1 half bathroom; train tracks run behind unit, very busy… Unit not as clean as I’d like, requested face cloths as there are 6 adults, only sent 2 and extra towels…unit limited to 1 vehicle for parking… Good location to downtown, within walking distance.

Its the worst. They are very strict and not clean. Not worth it. Early morning the train passes by and you cant sleep anymore. Not good rest

All beds are simply glorified cots...hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom doors are filthy around the doorknobs. Baseboards are covered in dirt and grime. Dont think the floors have been cleaned in a long time as our socks were black on the bottom and dirt and lint buildup in the corners. Carpet is extremely filthy. Cant see out the windows for dirt buildup. Disgusting place. A place that sleeps 8, yet one parking stall. Really? Will NOT stay again. And dont forget about the train going by at 50kms/hour (not kidding) every 40 minutes. I could go on, but I think you get the idea.

Great getaway

The place was great. I thought I only saw 2 bedrooms pictured. This stressed me that I didn’t know what our sleeping arrangements were exactly. It did say sleeps 8 so I believed it. If there were all 3 bedrooms shown- make sure the pillows and pictures above them have a variation so it is easy to tell. The floors were a little stained and stairs creaked and toilet paper was see through. These are little things but would have gotten a higher rating from me. I have been places with a few extra touches like a snack basket, treat in the fridge, etc. Something like that would have gotten a higher rating as well. Overall, we enjoyed the place and would go back. Thank you.
