We had a great stay at this property. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The host Liz was absolutely wonderful to work with. Will definitely recommend this property and book again if the need arises again. Thank you
Incredible location, right in the mix of the city, but tucked away as if its in the county. Quiet neighborhood, great yard space. The cottage is adorably decorated, the beds are comfortable and everything you need is available. This is my go to place when I'm staying in Maryville.
A cozy cottage with convenience. We brought the whole family up for our grandsons birthday. It was very warm and inviting. It was only 15 minutes from our daughter's home in Knoxville.the checkin was very easy even though we arrived quite late. It was well appointed and very warm on some of the coldest days we as Floridians have experienced in some time.
Nice home which served us well. A few minor issues. Not enough k-cups, no creamer and sweeteners for the coffee, no Kleenex, no body wash in one bathroom, and one exhaust fan needing repairs. Maryville was convenient to Knoxville.
Let me start by saying this was my families 1st time to Tennessee. We knew nothing about the area and the host was SO NICE!!!! The house was BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, close to gas stations and stores. The host was easy to get ahold of and super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!!!
I got this place for me and my bridesmaids to stay the weekend of my wedding. Plenty of getting greasy space and as stocked kitchen for breakfast. The tv had all the necessary apps for us to enjoy a chill movie night.
I did not expect how close this would be to downtown Maryville, a real treat!
Also plenty of parking space and a VERY communicative host.
Loved it
Came to Knoxville for a ball tournament. House is in a quiet area, but close grocery, shopping and a short drive to Knoxville. House was clean with plenty of space for my husband and I and two teenagers to have their own room. The rabbit in the back yard was also fun to watch, every morning!
We enjoyed our stay. Small house but plenty of room for 6-7 people to sleep. Good to have 2 full baths also. Would recommend this house for anyone wanting to be away from big city traffic but close enough to commute to Knoxville for activities.
We are local but 25 minutes from the city of Maryville We stayed at the property for one night to be closer to an event being held in downtown. Booking etc was simple. The house was clean and as described. Four adults 1 child, 1 toddler and an infant.
The property we chose was exactly as described. The owner went above and beyond to help us with the process. We felt safe and cozy. I highly recommend this property.
