Breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, Beach, and Pool. Welcoming, spacious, one-level condo with open floor plan. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Totally renovated and professionally decorated in 2021. Elevated 1st floor Oceanfront unit with private covered porch that steps down to gated beach boardwalk and pool. Perfect for 6 guests to enjoy al fresco dining or cocktails at a table, watch the sunrise and listen to the sounds of the ocean on the rocking chairs or bench on the porch. Located in the heart of IOP on Front Beach. Walking distance from shopping, dining, live entertainment, and grocery store. Only 15 minutes away from downtown Charleston.

This condo features crisp white cabinetry, quartz countertops, designer tile backsplash, Bosch refrigerator with icemaker and filtered water, and stainless-steel appliances in a well-equipped kitchen. Dining table has seating for six with three additional stools at the kitchen island. The living room offers beautiful furnishings including a comfortable sectional, 2 rattan chairs, HDTV, and access to a private covered porch. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, a large sitting area with a desk and lounging chair, HDTV, access to a private covered porch and an ensuite with a large walk-in shower and double vanity. The second private bedroom offers a queen bed, HDTV, and an ensuite with a tub/shower and stackable washer/dryer accessible from the bedroom and hallway. The third bedroom offers pyramid bunk beds (queen on bottom, twin xl on top, and twin trundle), HDTV, and accesses the bathroom with a walk-in shower from the hallway. Wi-Fi included. No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets.

An easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant, and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (1.3 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (3.1 miles), visit one of America’s oldest working plantations, Boone Hall Plantation with its world-famous Avenue of Oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Centre shopping and Shem Creek’s shrimp boat dock and restaurants. And do not miss Historic Charleston (12.1 miles), the number one tourism destination in the United States, which offers some of the world’s finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes, and gardens.

• Saturday to Saturday, 7 nights minimum from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Three nights minimum in off-season except holidays which must be rented for 7 nights.
• Bedding includes – 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Pyramid Bunk with Queen, Twin XL and Twin Trundle.
• Linens and bath towels provided. Beach and pool towels not provided.
• Starter set of soap, shampoo, and paper products (1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels) provided.
• Two parking spaces per unit.
• Elevator access from covered parking area to shared breezeway.
• Two outdoor showers. One shower by beach access and one shower by pool.
• Gas grills available in the pool complex.
• Chair, umbrella, bike, and boat rentals available.
• Condo and complex are monitored by an outdoor video surveillance system to ensure added safety to Guest.

Beautiful escape!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this condo! It is decorated so beautifully and everything about the interior of the condo is so cozy and charming. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need if you want to do some cooking of your own. The location couldn’t have been better - walk down the steps and down the path to the beach in two minutes. Great restaurants nearby in Sullivan’s Island and many within walking distance of the unit. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful condo

Stayed a week w my husband and two kids. The condo felt like home. Everything was clean, comfortable and beautiful. Wonderful location; loved being able to walk from the balcony to the beach or pool. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and the sound of the ocean or a quick walk to the beach to catch the sunrise were highlights. Also loved being steps away from great dining, the gift shops and grocery store. Already missing this little piece of paradise. Trudy was great to work with. Highly recommend staying here.

My family and I couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. The condo was absolutely beautiful and impeccably decorated. You can tell a lot of effort went into making this a welcoming and relaxing vacation home. Serious kudos to the homeowner or interior designer they may have used! The layout was perfect for me and my husband, my parents and my sister. Having our own bathrooms made getting ready to go out so easy. The kitchen was stocked with quality cookware, utensils, appliances, etc. The location is amazing and the steps leading to the pool and boardwalk from the very spacious back deck were such a plus! We would absolutely recommend this rental to everyone!

My family had a lovely stay at this condo. Fabulous location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. 20 mins to Charleston and 9 mins to Sullivans island, equally as beautiful places. This property is absolutely amazing! The view is breathtaking! Not only was the property exactly how it looks in the pictures it’s so clean. Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

We have been coming to IOP since 2014 and this has by far been our most favorite place to stay! Great location and beautiful views. It was also super clean and cozy. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Stunning property, Unbelievable views

Beautiful, large condo, with high end finishes through out. Looks like it has been professionally decorated. I loved the tile work in the showers! Everything was super clean and looked brand new. Even though this is an elevated first floor condo, the views from the large deck were unbelievable. The large deck had plenty of comfortable seating and tables. We were able to walk to several nice restaurants (there are probably 15/20 restaurants within easy walking distance of the condo). Charleston is about a 20 minute drive so it was an easy day trip. My family and I agreed that we would love to rent this again in the future. Trudy was super responsive to my many questions before we rented and the information given to enter the condo was super easy to follow.

Wow! Wow! Wow!!

Absolutely beautiful condo! Everything was clean and up to date. The location was amazing too! Could walk to restaurants and shops, it made it so much easier with my grandchildren! We all loved sitting on the back porch and seeing the wonderful views of the ocean both in the morning and at night. The owner was so great to work with too! She was quick in answering all my questions and was able to accommodate our late check out. Highly recommend this condo!!

Excellent Property and Highly Enjoyable Stay

Our family stayed at this particular beach front property and we all found it all to be highly enjoyable. The elegant design, furnishings and layout were perfect for our family with three college age kids. There was plenty of room to spread out and there were lots of spaces for together time as well. We used the back porch and enjoyed the beach and pool every day. Local dining options abound in IOP, Mt Pleasant and Charleston - all a very convenient distance. If you prefer to cook, the kitchen is spacious and has the amenities you need to prepare your own meals. IOP is a lovely family oriented area. Really a first rate property and one we would use again!

Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing!!!! This was the cleanest, most pristine place we have stayed at in IoP. The condo is exquisitely furnished, the bed and linens were so comfy (we asked where she bought them), and every detail was thought through from a guest's perspective. We had such a great stay. Perfectly decorated and very clean. The location is incredible...central to the beach, pool, and restaurants. You can watch your kids swim from the back porch!! We stayed here with another couple for a few nights. It was one of the most relaxing, comfortable, and beautiful places we’ve stayed. Every detail is thought out with guests in mind, and the communication throughout the rental process was outstanding.The location is great, the beach is beautiful. Beautifully Relaxing Escape

We chose this beautiful condo to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday with some friends. Not only is the condo beautifully decorated, but the views are amazing! The location gives you the best of both worlds. In addition to being right on the beach where you can spend the day relaxing, you are only minutes from historic Charleston. We will definitely stay there again!

A Gem in Isle of Palm

If you are looking for all of the convinces of a beach house in a location where you can walk to everything, this is for you. We had a group of three ladies who were looking for a place for some R&R after a conference in Charleston and this property did not disappoint. All three of us fell in love with it to the extent that we are planning future trips back with our families. The unit it beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could need for a wonderful vacation. Being on the first floor, you have access from the back deck to the staircase leading directly down to the pool and beach which is very convenient. The views from the balcony are to die for and we actually got to see a double rainbow over the ocean one of the nights we were there which was stunning. It is walking distance to EVERYTHING you could want to go to. There are two beach bars that are less than a 5 minute walk on the beach and many options for restaurants that are less than a 10 minute walk away. The grocery store, liquor store and coffee shop are all within the same distance along with some cute breakfast spots. If you are looking for someplace to park your call for the week, this is it for you. The owner is also great to work with and extremely responsive to all of your needs. She will even start your stay with one of the best starter packs of soap, shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent and dishwasher pods that I have ever seen. The little touches to make our stay memorable did not go unnoticed. We are definitely coming back!
