We were in Auburn for a wedding weekend. We could walk into town from the place. The rooms were as described. Beds and pillows were comfy. Kitchen was well appointed with glasses, plates, cookware, coffee maker etc. The living room was a nice gathering spot for us, too.Jack was very responsive when we had questions.
We stayed her a few weeks ago. The place was clean and we enjoyed being all together vs a hotel. Walking distance to the game and great restaurants. We will be back!
Townhome was well maintained and 3 bedrooms worked well for my group. Rear private fenced in yard was a perfect spot for after dinner Kentucky bourbon and cigars.
Great townhome that was plenty of space for our family. Everyone had own very comfortable bed and plenty of parking. Clean and comfortable. We like walking so walking to Jordan Hare was not a problem at all.
We planned a golf trip to Robert Trent jones and stayed here. Great location and very nice place. Made our stay perfect … only wish our golf game was like that.
My friend group and I stayed here for the UGA game and it was a great experience. The location is fantastic and the house was great. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
Had a great time visiting our daughter and enjoying the easy walk to and from downtown Auburn! We would definitely stay here again. Really loved Well Red which was a new coffee shop for us and it is lovely.
The property was very close to downtown, clean, comfortable beds, and quiet neighbors. George did a great job communicating with me during the entire stay and our group had a great time. We will definitely book again when we return to Auburn.

Nice but needs a little work
I feel for the money that was charged for this rental there were a few things that need attention to make the stay more enjoyable.
CLEANING COMPANY NEEDS TO DO A BETTER JOB!
1. Kitchen needs oven mitt
2. No hand towel in 1/2 bath - Towels need upgrading!
3. Horrible noise from ceiling fan in back bedroom
4. No pillows for fold-out sofa
5. Rotten wood on back deck needs replacing
6. 2 outdoor chairs is not sufficient for a house this size.
7. Check out 10 or 11? TV said 11, we were told 10:00.
We stayed here for two weeks and the owner had great communication with us. Condo is located not far from downtown Auburn and a short drive to Publix. Highly recommend this rental! Thanks for the stay!
A group of 4 old college friends met for an Auburn reunion. We had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect for us. We walked to restaurants and Auburn and had a great place to sit and visit. Would definitely stay there again.

Family weekend
There was 5 of us that stayed at the property and we were in town for an Auburn football game. This house was in a great location and a quiet part of town/campus with an easy walk to Jordan Hare stadium.
It does have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths which is nice. The kitchen space was nice and spacious. As for the bedrooms, please note that two of the beds are very low to the ground which is important to note for those with mobility issues.
As other reviewers have stated, kitchen still needs better stocking. There was not one oven mitt or dish towel in the unit so we had to use paper towels to remove something from the oven. No toaster either. Very minimal dishes/cups. Bath towels are very thin and worn. Also, there are lots of “rules” to stay here so please read listing carefully.
The backyard was big and spacious with plenty of room but had only two chairs on the patio and no grill. This is a missed opportunity to make the backyard into something cute for entertaining.
The house could use a good deep clean. There was dirt and fuzzies around furniture and beds. Baseboards and tile in master bath were very dirty and cracked.
This house has great potential as it’s in a great part of town that’s close to downtown but feel that it just needs a little work and a good cleaning to bring out its charm.
We have stayed in other places around Auburn and this just isn’t as welcoming as some of the others that we’ve stayed.
Three couples stayed here for two nights while in town for a wedding. We enjoyed the spacious living room. The bedrooms were comfortable. The condo could use some more coffee mugs, but otherwise it was stocked well enough for our purposes. It was in a good location with easy access to Publix and the highway. We would recommend staying here. And thank you to our host, George, for accommodating early check in and for being communicative.
My wife and I stayed in March to visit our daughter who gave us the exciting news that we will become grandparents in September!
Positives: Great location - close to campus, downtown and restaurants, lots of room, well equipped kitchen, updated appliances and electronics, easy parking.
Minor Improvements: We couldn't find a toaster; Oven is very high-tech and some directions on how to use it would be beneficial; more airflow in the downstairs - we used the AC more than we would have because it was a bit stuffy (add a ceiling fan). Add a dining set outdoors to enjoy the patio.
Major Improvement: We found the sofa to be very hard and uncomfortable. My wife, daughter, son-in-law and I all have different body types and comfort preferences, but all agreed that the sofa was too hard should be replaced.
Overall, I would recommend - nice place and enjoyed our stay!
