This building is split into two private upper and lower-level homes. You will have secure access to the upper level only, including two off-street parking spaces. Tenants will reside below and have access to the garage.

Two driveway parking spots are available. Parking will be tandem style and located on the side closest to the main front entrance. The downstairs tenants have exclusive access to the garage and will need sufficient space to enter and exit.

Please be courteous to our downstairs neighbors and mindful of your pets' noise levels. We kindly request that your furry companions be well-trained and cared for during your stay in our home.
BRING YOUR OWN LOGIN:
We provide two TVs, both equipped with streaming services. Guest will need to provide their own logins to access the specific service.
