Gorgeous pool to enjoy outdoor family evenings and weekends. Dedicated workplace to get the work done when you need it. Less than 5 mins walking to Starbucks, H.E.B, and other famous neighborhood restaurants. One loop away from Toll 45 and 2 lights away to hop on to IH-35 to get to any destination on time.
