About the host
Your host
Our family has owned in the Westgate Park City for almost 20 years. Our children growing up alway had President's week off so we locked in President's week (or Ski Week) in annually. Now they have grown and we are not able to get there regularly, so this gives your family the opportunity to experience this world class ski resort.
Why they chose this property
The main draw of the Westgate is the convenience of being a ski-in ski-out resort. No lugging your skis on a bus. Just walk out to the base of the gondola and your gear will be waiting for you with the Ski Valet ready to help you. There are many restaurants in the Canyons Village for apres ski activity, or you can choose a nice restaurant on Main Street.
What makes this property unique
The Westgate is only 30 minutes from the airport. Ski-In and Ski out featuring a Ski-Valet to bring your skis to the bottom of the gondola. Park City Mountain resort has ski trails for every level from the beginner bunny hill to the experts looking for double-black diamond trails. There is a ski-school with group or private lessons. Everything is available under one roof from the the ski rentals, 2 restaurants, and a Marketplace for groceries. There is a spa available for massage or beauty treatment. There is a pool that is indoor/outdoor with jacuzzi and ping pong table as well as a video game-room for the kids, or young adults.
Our unit features 2 king beds and 2 pull out beds to sleep a total of 8 people easily. It has 2 full bathrooms and one has a jetted tub and a steam shower. There are 2 fireplaces for warmth (or to dry wet ski equipment) as well as a washer and dryer in the unit. If you rent a car, there is indoor parking in the garage with gate access.
