Relax and Enjoy yourself in this 2022 fully remodeled oasis in St Petersburg, just a couple minute walk, bike or drive to award winning St Pete Beach.
You’ll have a private patio to enjoy a drink or read a book, overlooking a beautiful golf course and lake for amazing views.
The multi-use Family room is bright and well appointed with a sofa, electric recliner, flat screen TV, full dining table and sideboard.
The master bedroom suite overlooks the golf course and has a king size bed and an attached full bath with walk-in shower.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with private access to the 2nd full bath.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare great meals for family and friends. When you don't feel like cooking, there are numerous restaurants close by for you to enjoy.
There are no stairs to climb to access this first floor property, with your reserved parking spot just steps from the front door.
Relax at the beach, with downtown St. Petersburg just 12 minutes away with lots of activity, including museums, sporting events, outdoor festivals and endless dining options
Guests have access to the resort style pool and hot tub, and nearby well landscaped walking paths. The golf course is private, so access is not available to guests.
