Experience staying at a well-maintained one of a kind historic 1920's home on approximately half an acre. Your group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Outdoor party with picnic table and bbq grill (charcoal grill). We have plenty of private parking space for your vehicles.
The place is in the corner of River Rd. and Hutton Ave. Well known as "Brunner-Schmitz House". The place is about 6 miles from the Eugene Airport, 6 miles to Autzen Stadium and 4.5 miles to downtown Eugene, walking distance to several restaurant and store.

This home was perfect for our volleyball team to stay during a tournament weekend. Beautiful home - just perfect for all of us!

Great potential!

The house was large and accommodated our large party. The listing did not include information regarding # of bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs/downstairs, which would have been nice since my 80 year old mother was with us and we would have preferred a bedroom downstairs. Upon arrival, we soon discovered the fireplace did not work. The owner was very responsive & arrived the next morning with pastries and fixed it. Overall, the house has a lot of potential and we understand, after speaking with the owner, that it is a work in progress. An interior coat of paint and newer furniture, including a couch, would make the place more inviting. The backyard is nicely landscaped with 3 newer picnic tables and stringed lights. Unfortunately, the house is on a busy street and road work was taking place during our stay.
