Water front, open bay views from both decks!!

Completely rehabbed property inside & out for 2023! Beautiful views of the bay, incredible sunsets, plus access to the bay for kayaking, or just enjoying. Two spacious decks accessible from the main and 2nd levels. This is a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath townhouse with a full size kitchen, living area and game/loft space. Sleeping for 14 to 16 people. This is NOT a condo. Can't wait for you to see this one!! Beautiful décor, fireplace, 2 parking spaces in lot, new furniture and mattresses!! Close walking distance to the beach, and restaurants! Our home has everything you and your family should need on vacation! We're working hard to get this one ready for summer. Please take a look at the photos of Russell's Retreat West (1939042) to give you an idea what you can expect. And be sure to read through the full description of the accommodations before requesting a booking... we want to ensure this is the right fit for you, and you have everything you need!

***IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE***
1) Please note the 25 or over min age requirement. By agreeing to terms of the rental, you are also verifying that you meet all requirements.
2) For guests with allergies, we can not allow pets of any kind.
3) This is a 3 story townhouse, 1st floor access. WATER FRONT. 2 assigned parking spaces.
4) Please note the sleeping arrangements!! There is one bedroom with a King bed; one bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with a full bed, one "bunk" bedroom with 2 twin over full bunks and a sleeper sofa in the loft area. This accounts for 11 beds for 14 people. We will allow 16 occupants, 2 people may sleep on the sofa in the living room.
5) Owner does not supply linens (bedsheets, towels, etc), please bring with you. You can contact Ocean City Beach Towel and Linen Service if you would prefer to rent these items as opposed to bring them. Here is there website: https://ocbeachandlinenrental.com. There are prices listed directly on their website.
6) During in-season vacations we are unable to offer early check-in or late check-out due to cleaning schedules. You are welcome to stop by to see if the cleaners are complete and if so, you may check-in. You are also welcome to contact me if you see the property is NOT booked the previous day to extend your reservation.

Just perfect

I can’t recommend Mark’s place enough. What a wonderful house! Clean, spacious, convenient. Just a short walk to the beach and other attractions. And the views were amazing. We immediately felt at home and comfortable. Mark was very kind and extremely responsive. We would highly recommend this place and we WILL be back. Thank you for everything, Mark!

Beautiful home with a beautiful view

This property was beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. The bayside views were wonderful & reiaxing. House was modern and clean- a great place to hang out for a girls weekend. Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store as well as many other attractions. Would definitely stay again!

Nice place - problems with neighbors in adjoining unit

We stayed for four weeks. Pros: the price was good for the size of the unit place was clean when we arrived and there were no pet smells beautiful view of the bay with great sunsets Cons: problems with neighbors in adjoining unit (they were loud some nights until 4 to 6 AM, parking issues, caught them in the act of taking patio furniture off our side of the deck around 3AM one night) minimal cleaning supplies were provided (example: no broom or mop, no cleaning spray) The place was beautiful and clean. We felt like the host handled the neighbor situation appropriately. Unfortunately, we would not return based on the problems with the neighbors.

Mark was so helpful and a great host. House is as described. It was clean which is super important to me. I loved how it had some essentials (toilet paper, soap, trash bags) available so you didn't have to run to the store the second you got there. View was amazing, too bad it rained for :(

Stunning place!

We could not have been more pleased with the house. Everything was not only beautiful but clean. It was exactly as lovely as the pictures. The large decks with the view were even better than expected. We had two families and the size was perfect. They kids loved having the loft to themselves (and so did the adults lol). We loved it so much, we decided to make it a yearly tradition.

We’ll be back

This property is beautiful! The pictures are 100% accurate. The decks make it the perfect place to stay. It’s spacious and very clean. Mark is a wonderful host. The only thing that I would change is placing the washer/dryer in another location besides the bedroom. Overall the stay was more than we expected and we will definitely spread the word about the property. We’ll be back!

Spectacular Bayside Townhome

The townhome was beautiful. The views were great, quiet atmosphere beautiful decor you could not ask for anything more amazing this this. The owner Mark always respond within minutes he was a very pleasant man.

Family Time

Our family planned a little getaway for my father's birthday. We wanted a place where we could all be together and where my father could rest and relax. My family loved the house. It was spacious, clean, and newly renovated with amazing appliances and beautiful bathroom fixtures. It was the perfect house for our family getaway. My mom and dad loved the 2nd floor balcony and we all loved the outdoor spaces where we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, beautiful scenery, and the relaxing sound of the waves.

Weekend getaway

All of my siblings wanted to get away before our youngest brother got married later on this summer. The place and location were so ideal. We were right by plenty of places to eat we even walked a few times. The house was beautiful and the communication with the owner very clear and easy! Great stay overall!

I am in the home rehabilitation business. My family and I live in Bel Air, MD, about 2 hours and 40 mins away from the this property. We enjoy the beach in the off season, more so then in the summer, which is why we have decided to allow others to use it!

Why they chose this property

This is my 3rd property on this street. It's a little different this time because I'm partnering with an old friend on this one. We love Maryland and its beaches!!

What makes this property unique

Has to be the views, as this property sits on the water, on the bay! It backs up to a protected bay, so wildlife is abundant!! Sunset views are sure to keep you coming back!! Short walk to the ocean, and restaurants!!
