This home has all the essentials you need for a relaxing vacation or a place to work remotely. Feel free to enjoy the amenities at Alderbrook, including an award-winning 18-hole golf course, driving range, pickleball, tennis, basketball, bocce ball, horseshoe and a playground for the littles. Explore the nearby hiking trails, lakes, Hood Canal and State Parks. Located near the Olympic National Forest, you won’t run out of things to do and places to explore. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this home overlooks a greenbelt for maximum privacy and serenity. Avoid the crowds at the campgrounds and enjoy peace and quiet in your very own park-like setting.

The space:
This custom-built home is spacious and airy with vaulted ceilings, large windows, updated finishes, and central air conditioning. There are 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and sleeps 6-8 people comfortably.

The master bedroom offers a king bed and an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bath and can accommodate 4 more people with a queen-sized bed and a twin over twin trundle bed. Two more twin-sized folding mattresses are available upon request. A half bath is conveniently located downstairs.

We offer a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishware, utensils, and cooking staples like spices, oil and vinegar.

The washer and dryer are available for your use. Detergent and fabric softener are provided. If needed, cleaning supplies can be found under the kitchen sink, and a broom and vacuum are in the entryway closet. Additional towels and linens can be found in the hallway closet upstairs.

There are 3 smart TVs throughout the house. The following streaming devices are included free of charge: Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Apple TV+ and Discovery+.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire house, except the garage and one supply closet.
There is a black lockbox to the right of the front door. The access code will be provided prior to check-in.

The house is professionally cleaned and disinfected between guests. All linens and towels are freshly laundered and sanitized.

Home in the woods

Very nice home!

This home is very clean and nice! Be aware that it certainly is 3 bedrooms with 4 beds but one of the beds is a trundle style bed, better for kids than adults.

Everything you need

From the moment we arrived, we instantly felt at home. The house was spotless! It not only appeared clean at first glance, but it smelled clean. Nothing was dusty or just swept under the rug so to speak; genuinely, every space had been given the attention it deserves. To our very big surprise, the kitchen was arranged perfectly; everything had its place and came along with special amenities, such as coffee, sugar, spices, dish soap, hand soap, dish washing tablets etc. As we made it through the rest of the house that same surprise continued! So many special touches everywhere… Actual living plants, beautiful bottles of basic shower needs, accommodating laundry area, plenty of extra linens, very comfortable beds, with rooms decorated for a peaceful nights rest… Another important mention is, that the host’s were wonderful to communicate with, as well as very responsive and timely to aide any question, need or concern that we had. In my heart of hearts, I would be inclined to create a more detailed presentation with the writing of this review, by highlighting all the many ways a stay here might transform one’s soul, leave you feeling renewed and even bring you closer together as a family; surely there’s more to say, but in the spirit of hoping someone at least reads the short version of our experience; We leave it to you to venture out and see what magic your experience creates… We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again… Gratitude, The Sparks family
