The Space:
You'll have plenty of room to spread out in this three-story home. Three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, all brand new with modern finishes. The upstairs bedroom doubles as a casual living room (complete with a wet bar) where you can watch the game, or have a movie night in. This is the perfect spot to explore all that downtown Nashville has to offer due to its proximity to just about everything!
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire three-story, 2100 sq foot townhouse, as well as the private fenced backyard. Three front porches and a back patio round out the guest space.
The Neighborhood:
Germantown is a diverse, vibrant neighborhood that is home to all of Nashville's best restaurants. If you're a foodie, this location is for you! A short 5 minute drive to The Optimist, O-ku, Rolf and Daughters, Henrietta Red, or City House (to name a few!), you will not leave disappointed--or hungry! The famous Nashville honkey tonks are less than 10 minutes away by car, or catch a game--the Titans, Predators, Sounds, and NSC all are within 10 minutes of Germantown.
Getting Around:
We recommend having a car, but the location is so near to downtown Nashville that ride shares would be very easy to get and an economical way to get around, depending on your plans! Unfortunately the unit is not in a particularly walkable area.

We charge for additional guests above a fixed amount. This amount and additional charge varies by unit type, size, and configuration. If you input the correct guest count when you make your reservation the amount the booking site indicated as the total cost will not change (due to guest count). We ask for confirmation of guest count after you complete your booking. If you need to increase your guest count after booking confirmation due to a booking error, this could result in a price increase. Finally, we verify guest count via external cameras located on our properties. In the event that we notice a guest count at the property that is higher than reported, we reserve the right to ask for additional guest fees that would be double the amount we would have charged prior to check-in.
Kindly refer to the following guidelines regarding fees for extra guests:
Studio & 1 BR units - $25 per guest/night after 2 guests (i.e. 3 guests would be $25/night extra and 4 guests would be $50/night extra)
2 BR units - $30 per guest/night after 4 guests (i.e. 5 guests would be $30/night extra and 6 guests would be $60/night extra)
3 BR unit - $35 per guest/night after 6 guests (i.e. 7 guests would be $35/night extra and 8 guests would be $70/night extra)
4 BR units - $40 per guest/night after 8 guests (i.e. 9 guests would be $40/night extra and 10 guests would be $80/night extra)
5 BR+ units - $45 per guest/night after 10 guests (i.e. 11 guests would be $45/night extra and 12 guests would be $90/night extra)
We require you to fill out a check-in form which includes personal information and requires you to upload your ID into our reservation system. If you are not comfortable with this then our properties may not be a good fit for you. This is similar to hotels requiring you to provide identification at check-in.
We require you to electronically fill out a rental agreement prior to check-in. Failure to fill out this rental agreement will result in us not sending you check-in information for the unit. If you are not comfortable with this then our properties may not be a good fit for you.
We do charge a pet fee of $40/night per pet that you bring with you. This reduces to $200/week per pet and $400/month per pet for longer term guests. This fee is not included in the accommodation fare rate. We will send a request for the additional funds once the number of pets is confirmed after booking.
Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM. Violating these will result in a warning. A second violation will result in an early checkout.
Smoking anything (cigarettes, marijuana, incense, cloves, vapes, hookahs, etc.) anywhere on the property is strictly forbidden and will result in a $500 fine.
Respect the property as if it were your own. Damages or excessive cleaning will result in additional charges.

Early check-ins/late check-outs are only allowed with prior approval. Please see the unit listing for associated fees.
Events of any kind (defined as the number of people at the property exceeding the guest count listed on the reservation or the maximum capacity of the listing) are strictly forbidden and may result in a $1000 event fee.

For guests requiring a pack n play, high chair, or any other non-standard item, please submit your request at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. If the request is made less than 7 days prior to check-in, we will make every effort to accommodate it, but cannot guarantee availability.
