Come stay in this bright, clean and updated end unit, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, Timberline #36, located in a quiet neighborhood! Enjoy beautiful views from every angle in this cozy and inviting townhome featuring vaulted ceilings, open floor plan and a private gas grill. Sleeps 6.

There are two bedrooms, both downstairs, with the Master bedroom offering a King Bed and a flatscreen Smart TV. The second bedroom offers a Queen Bed and a bunk Bed (twin over twin - perfect for the kids), also with flatscreen Smart TV. The first full bathroom is located downstairs in the hall near the two bedrooms. The second full bathroom is located upstairs adjacent to the living room. wash/Dry your clothes after a long day on the mountain with an in-house washer and dryer.

This condo comes with free High-Speed WiFi, sleeps a maximum of 6 people, has 9 stairs to the unit/ a total of 2 levels inside. Conveniently located in the center of town with a Free Mammoth Winter shuttle stop across from the complex entrance for quick and easy access to Eagle Lodge. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options.

Nice place.

Close to bus stop and restaurants. Nice beds. Kitchen is full of equipment to cook with and a few spices. No sugar for coffee. Check out rules were surprising, but I can’t technically say why.

password is too long! Very Clean! Need more toiletries! They left conditioner, body wash and lotion. No shampoo and only one set in each bathroom.I loved all the old appliances. Overall a great place!

Perfect location for our pre Christmas ski trip!

Fun little condo with lots of natural light. Kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware. The living room wood burning stove put off so much warmth that we did not need the heaters on that level at all. Condo was clean and furnished nicely.

Wonderful family-friendly condo

This was the perfect condo for our family of 5! The condo has lots of windows, tons of natural light. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The kitchen appliances worked well even though they are old. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the microwave wasn't clean inside. We loved this condo and would definitely stay here again.

Super Clean and no-hassle check in and check out

Timberline is one of the older complexes in town, but this unit has been renovated throughout, including vinyl plank flooring and remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. Having the parking permits for us inside the unit was a really nice touch rather than having to track down the property manager, who we didn’t have to contact at all for anything during our stay. Towels were plentiful. the fact that this unit also had a small washer and dryer was a real plus. The tablet check in process and the frequent email and text communication was helpful. One minor issue was that we were under the impression that the unit had a Keurig coffeemaker but discovered when we checked in that it was a drip. But we were prepared for both, and this small detail did not dampen our trip at all. Overall a five star experience!!! We would definitely stay there again!

Convenient Clean New Condo in Mammoth

The condo was a nice light color scheme and updated looking/modern. Called Mammoth Five Star Lodging to confirm the booking and that payment was received through VRBO was easy and they were polite. Rules/checkout list was lengthy and scary, but was mostly easy to understand. Additional instructions on working dishwasher and hallway heaters could be provided. Kitchen was nicely finished but appliances were older, a little tricky to handle, for example the faucet, we only did light cooking/heating water/reheating food. Did not get a chance to use the fireplace but appreciated the availability of firewood and matches. Nice sunlight in the day into the kitchen and living room. Overall a nice, clean, aesthetic atmosphere.

Booked this stay when listing had zero reviews. Took a chance and glad we did! Kitchen was a tad dated but 100% functional. Showers were excellent, and wood heat fire stove worked really well to keep the place warm!! Shuttle to Eagle Lodge super convenient and close! Would stay here again!

Location in the middle of town

Timberline condos are located conveniently in the middle of town...close to most of the restaurants and shops. Its right in front of the Green line that takes you directly to Eagle Lodge. The unit was in the far back on the end of the building, so you only had 1 neighbor...and it was like a townhome so you dont have to deal with noisy people above you. Bedrooms are at the bottom floor so it was easy to move in the luggages. Parking was basically in front of the unit...with 2 spots...lot was never full...so it was perfect. Very clean, toilets were clean and water pressure was great. Amenities were adequate, and appliances all worked fine. Space was adequate for 6 people...2 being kids. So they loved the bunkbeds. Only thing that would make this place awesome is a laundry machine/dryer. They let you do late check out for free...12 noon IF nobody is renting the unit the same day as your check out....AND you need to apply 24 hours ahead of time. Overall... great experience, price was fair and will do it again.

Wonderful condo

The condo was super clean, and many things had been recently renovated. It was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed our stay there. The kitchen was well appointed . The bathrooms were updated and very clean. It also had many windows because it was an end unit, and it was very bright. We definitely would book this place again.
