Villa Ensueno Tropical is a private villa located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the exclusive Conchas Chinas neighborhood along the desirable south shore of Puerto Vallarta. The villa is nestled on a knoll overlooking the aquamarine Banderas Bay, and is enveloped by lush foliage, banana trees, and other tropical vegetation...totally private. The breathtaking views extend for miles and miles. Mid-December to early April you might see a mother humpback whale teaching her calf to breach. Enjoy the tranquility of Villa Ensueno, and yet be only several minutes walk to the beach and a 5-minute drive to the Romantic Zone, the best part of town.

Villa Ensueno offers the clean lines of an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows, and curved archways throughout. Most rooms in the villa open onto a patio with expansive ocean and tropical forest views. There are three air-conditioned master suites, each with a king-size bed. We offer high-thread count cotton sheets and either hypoallergenic or down pillows, depending on your preference. Each master suite has a private bath, two of which have double sinks, tiled tubs, showers and interior garden space. We also provide hair dryers, shampoo, and body wash.

The lower tiled terrace of Casa Sueno features a heated infinity pool with a southwest view in which to drench one’s senses on the calming bay waters and stunning tropical sunsets. The position of the property provides total privacy, total seclusion. We provide plush beach towels.

Consider Villa Ensueno the perfect vacation home away from home: there is a large-screen TV, Netflix, Apple TV, DirecTV, and wireless Internet. There is an extensive DVD movie library; and for your music pleasure, a CD player, a docking station, and both interior and exterior Bose speakers.

Upon your arrival at Villa Ensueno you will be served complimentary margaritas or cerveza (beer), chips, and homemade salsa and guacamole. A staff of 2 is included in the rates. The staff not only keeps the villa and grounds tidy throughout your stay, they are also available to shop and cook two meals a day. The cost of food and beverages is additional. If you choose to dine in, a staff member will present you with grocery receipts. Please reimburse that person in cash. Suggested gratuities are an additional $15 per guest each day to be split by the staff.
