It was nice to get out in the country and get away from the busy city life! The weather was a bit cruddy, so we didn’t get out to hocking hills, we just explored the nearby town and went antique shopping!
So much room for all of us! The hot tub was the seller for sure! Dog friendly was a bonus! Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time - the place could have been better
We came with a group of 9 for the weekend and had a nice time, but the house was lacking a lot of the things that you’d typically find at a rental. There were no paper towels, only 2 rolls of toilet paper, limited kitchen supplies, no remotes for the TV’s, no welcome book (we were told to read this upon check-in), and no kitchen trash bags. Additionally, the WiFi was very spotty and there was no cell service, which was unfortunate because the VRBO host said to call or text her if we needed anything, and would take several hours to respond to VRBO messages- so we could not get ahold of her easily during the stay. The outside was very unkempt and the hot tub was not clean with very cloudy water and no chemicals to clean it. The stairs to the hot tub were precarious, one of us slipped and fell off the stairs, resulting in a bruised leg but could have been much worse. We had a nice time and really enjoyed the area but were disappointed with the house - we won’t be returning.
If you want something where the kids can fun freely and be loud this is your spot! Nobody close enough to bother you or be bothered by you. House had everything we needed. Wifi wasn't updated on listing but a quick call and that was fixed. We didn't get cell service unless we went to the top of the road which was perfect for us to disconnect! Would recommend to other big families.

When we got there we smelt water or mildew 2 hours later discovered that the hallway was soaking wet
We had a dump at 6 buckets of water while staying there and then a stranger shows up at the door claiming to be a plumber so meanwhile they knew about the problem but didn't contact me to let me know. There's a beehive next to the hot tub underneath the master bedroom window, so you get attacked by bees the whole time and here the buzzing of the bees all night while trying to sleep. I contacted the host to let her know about the problems and she was unable to communicate with me and was rude. We were also left with no toilet paper at all. Horrible experience there.
Overall the house and property were amazing relaxed in the hot tub and strolled around the property it was nothing short of amazing! Thank you for letting us stay!
We are counting down to when we can return. Already planning to stay again soon. We had 3 adults, 2 kids 1 teen and 2 dogs. It was incredible. We almost enjpyed the property as much as we did hiking in Hocking Hills. This was our 6th time in the area and this was my favorite property. House was perfect and divided enough that we didn't feel on top of one another. Beds were so comfortable! Everyone enjoyed the hot tub/swim spa. I can't say enough good things. So thankful for the memories made.
Property was great for our family. Quiet plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The big hot tub made it easy for all of us to relax together. Host was easy to contact and responded quickly. House was very clean and beds comfy. Would recommend to others for sure
We had an overall good stay. We didn’t do much but relax while we was there for the weather was snowy and cold.
The cabin is spacious and everyone can be spaced out and not too crowded.
There is a basketball game and an air hockey game inside the cabin that kept the kids occupied.
The hot tub/swimspa was nice and warm and kept some occupied.
The host was awesome! She was great on responding back to messages!
Thanks for the great stay!

only three bedrooms, not four, no internet at all, the property is overrating, the running water smells , not coming again !
We really enjoyed our stay. Our children loved the tree house, walking with our dog around the property and and having smores at the fire pit . The house was spacious with plenty of places to sleep and recover from hiking. We really loved how close we were to the main hiking trails that hocking has. And the communication with the property manager was perfect. She was very attentive and helpful through the whole process.

Cute place for my female friends and I to have a girls weekend getaway.
Lighting wasn't great. The kitchen eating utensils were lacking. No extra blankets. Wi-Fi was pretty much non existent. Outside was unkept. To get into the hot tub you almost needed to be able to do gymnastics.
