A 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium on the 12th floor, it sleeps up to 10. Come out to the coast and enjoy this convenient location in Orange Beach.

A generous sized living area with convenient queen sleeper sofa and flat-screen television is the central point of the home where one can feast their eyes on the spectacular coastal views. In the adjoining dining area is a table with seating for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, plus seating for two at the breakfast bar. Enjoy the amazing Gulf front views on the private balcony from comfortable, wicker arm chairs.

The primary bedroom features a King-size four-poster bed, flat-screen television, and balcony access. The primary bathroom has a generously sized single vanity sink and glass enclosure tub and shower combination. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and flat screen television. The second guest room is large and features two full beds. The second bathroom is also comfortably sized with a single vanity sink and another tub and shower combination with glass enclosure.

Room needs maintenance
The Phoenix X was wonderful and the booking and getting checked in process was so easy and straight forward. However the room we stayed in was in need of touch ups and overall maintenance and updates. The bed in the master squeaks so loud when you move that people probably are wondering what’s going on in there. The master bathroom has a toilet that leaks at the floor. The shower in the master bath doesn’t drain well so your standing in the water when you’re taking a shower. The TV in the master bedroom didn’t work.
