The sprawling family room at the center is the perfect space to relax with family and friends. At the same time, the open kitchen and adjacent covered patio provides the ideal backdrop for entertaining. With a sizable master retreat and three additional bedrooms this is the perfect spot for your Florida vacation.

**In addition to the four private spaces for sleeping, we have two fold-away full size cribs, a pack-n-play, and an air mattress available for your use as well. All bedrooms can fit the pack-n-play or crib.**

The backyard is completely fenced in and has lots of room to throw a football, kick the soccer ball or play a game of cornhole. The pool and patio were completed in December. The patio is oversized with plenty of space and privacy for lounging in the sunshine, alfresco dining, or sitting in the shade reading a good book! The large saltwater pool features a sun pad to enjoy tanning in the sun or for the little kiddos to splash around! We keep the pool heated at 85 degrees at no extra charge. The pool is surrounded by a baby barrier gate to ensure safety if you are traveling with little ones, and still allows space for gathering on the patio. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the comfy outdoor furniture or enjoy a meal at our large dining table that seats 8 comfortably. We hope you love spending time on our new patio as much as we do!

LOCATION:
Quiet and friendly neighborhood off Mohawk and Skyline. Quick walk to Walmart Neighborhood market and Dominoes. Very close to Pelican Sports Complex. Centrally located.

Beaches:
There is a public beach 13 minutes from our house, the Yacht Club Public Beach. Right next to a fun spot called the Boathouse to get food and drinks w/live music. There are very beautiful beaches on Sanibel and Captiva Island that are about 45 minutes away such as Bowmans Beach which is one of our favorites. Lovers Key State Park is 45 mins, Fort Myers Beach is about 30 mins. Siesta Key which is known for being some of the best beaches in the USA is about a 90 min drive so a perfect day trip.
