Welcome to your mountain cabin oasis - A place where the allure and view of the lake, the excitement of the ski slopes, Mountain biking, Hiking, and the charming Village all come together. Close to everything yet quiet. Soak in the hot tub, relax by the outdoor fire pit, and warm up next to the fireplace. Enjoy coffee and a sunset on the wrap-around deck.

A little About the Space - This cozy, sun-filled home is located in the beautiful mountains of Big Bear Lake. The cabin offers comfortable accommodations for up to 4 guests. It's ideal for families, couples, or a group of friends looking for a memorable retreat. Enjoy the Outdoor Deck as you Savor your morning coffee or have a barbecue on the deck while enjoying the lake view. The deck faces the West allowing you to capture some memorable sunsets. The Cabin is cozy, Clean, renovated, and well-equipped. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped and stocked kitchen, complete with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils. The Living area offers families and friends a fun and enjoyable space with children's games and coloring books. Kick your feet up with the reclining couches and cup holders. A large brick fireplace warms the room during chilly nights, creating a cozy ambiance for quality time together. The Cabin has everything to make you feel at home, a washer and dryer, a well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful touches, comfy beds, linens, soft towels, a great view, a hot tub, and an outdoor fire pit to gather around and share stories of your days' adventures.

Don't forget to look up at the night sky filled with stars. If you are like me you will love spending time in the hot tub, under the night sky especially as the snow is coming down. Wow, what a rush!

The bedrooms are on the level that you enter the house on along with one bath. You will go upstairs to the living room and kitchen area and an additional bath on the upper level. There are about 15 stairs. There are 3 smart TV's with streaming channels in the home. One in the living area and one in each bedroom.

Pet-Friendly:- We understand your furry friends are part of the family too! This rental is pet-friendly, so you can bring them along on your adventure.

A lil about the area - This idyllic neighborhood offers the perfect blend of tranquility and adventure, making it an ideal retreat for nature enthusiasts and adventure. You are less than a mile away from the gorgeous lake. The lake presents opportunities for kayaking, fishing, jet skis, and boating. There is a limited amount of beach area, as well. The cabin is less than 5 miles from the renowned Bear Mountain ski resort, with its terrain parks and learner slopes, and also Snow Summit Ski resorts. You can spend your days carving through fresh powder and return to the cozy cabin to warm up by the fireplace and soak in the hot tub under the stars. Snow Summit ski resort not only offers ski sports during the winter, but it also offers downhill and cross-country mountain biking with an extensive mix of terrains during the summer months. While surrounded by nature's serenity, you can also enjoy the convenience of walking ( less than half a mile) or taking a short drive to the charming Village of Big Bear Lake. The Village's charming streets are lined with local shops, cafes, outdoor firepits, a theater, and restaurants offering delectable cuisine. Whether you're in the mood for a great meal or a leisurely stroll through the boutiques the Village town center offers a delightful change of pace from your outdoor adventures. As the sun sets behind the mountains, the neighborhood takes on a magical ambiance. With minimal light pollution, you will be treated with stargazing from the deck or the hot tub. The crisp mountain air and the outdoor firepit offer a serene atmosphere that is perfect for unwinding and recharging. The street to the cabin is narrow and has a climb to it. There will be times in the winter when parking can be difficult. Four-wheel or all-wheel drive is always advisable in the wintertime. You should plan on carrying chains with you. There are times you will have to shovel snow on the sidewalk or behind your car and put down ice melt. Large RV's won't fit and the maximum parking is 2. Always check road conditions with Caltrans prior to making your way up the mountain in the winter. Refunds won't be given due to weather or chain requirements or road conditions. I want to welcome you to your mountain cabin oasis - a place where the allure of the lake, the excitement of the ski slopes, and the charm of the village all come together. Please check with cal trans road conditions if you are coming up to enjoy our beautiful winters. Refunds won't be given for inclement weather as we are a mountain community.

It is important that the noise ordinance be respected and adhered to when staying in Big Bear Lake. Upon arrival, you will be asked to read and sign the good neighbor policy. Some requirements are no parties, No loud music 24/7. Hot tub hours are 7:00 AM to 10 PM. Any complaints will go directly to code compliance and they will respond, fines will be imposed and guests may be evicted. These rules are city-wide and aren't my rules but are Big Bear Lake city rules. There is a lockbox for entry, however, the city of Big Bear Lake requires an in-person check so you will first check in the office and then will be given the code.

By booking you agree to the following;

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: for spa, hot tub, decks, railings, fire-pit, stairs, fireplace, herein referred to as Special Feature. It is the Guest's responsibility to learn about safety precautions concerning utilizing or being around Special Feature. Guest understands that the area surrounding Special Feature is not fenced or secure, and there are special risks that may be involved for anyone, in particular children who are not carefully supervised, person(s) intoxicated, on any kinds of drugs or medication, with health risks or if pregnant. Guest agrees to explain the risks of the presence and use of Special Feature to all guests at the property. Guest agrees to instruct all guests on-premises to not access any off-limit or unsafe sections of the property including roof-tops. Guest agrees to assume all responsibility to make aware all occupants aware of risks and for the consequences of those risks and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents that may occur. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against the property owner or Manager for injuries or claims.

HOLD HARMLESS: The Guest and all occupants shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Manager and property owner against any and all claims of personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from the use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests also expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guests and that Guests should purchase their own insurance if such coverage is desired.

Big Bear has a Good Neighbor Policy. They require the policy to be signed before check-in. I will email it to you for signature upon booking.
Upon Departure - no dirty dishes left in the sink or dishwasher. Anything moved is put back. All trash is to be taken to the clean bear site.
Pets on Furniture will be an additional $200 fee. The hot tub left so cloudy that it needs draining requires an additional $150 fee.
